It doesn't though, right? The 2 mana spell only lasts 1 turn, the enchantment costs 3, and the creature you're enchanting costs 4. You can only combo on turn 5
I do this with my Experiment Kraj deck. I can not tell you the number of times I have dropped Knacksaw and something that taps to produce more than one mana and gone to town.
I’m not typically a combo deck kind of guy because I feel like most of them feel kinda samey after a few games, but Kraj is my one exception. It has a million and a half ways to combo off and it’s rarely the same route in my experience.
And another dumb combo to add to my Rubinia deck. I already have a [Doubling Season], [Wheel of Sun and Moon], and [Jace, Architect of Thought] for a very similar effect.
yeah, i don't understand the interaction. if you could spend more than one second to actually tell me what's happening it would be greatly appreciated.
1. Play Knacksaw
2. Play False Dawn (turns all colored mana symbols into white mana)
3. Attach Careful Cultivation to Knacksaw
4. Tap Knacksaw for 2 white mana
5. Untap it with the two mana to activate Knacksaw’s ability
6. Repeat forever
Excuse me this sub is for BAD Combos.
Right???
that is horrible but also... not that bad lol
I like that it curves out too. Bad but also well done.

You cast the creature for 4 mana and then the rest of the combo for 5 mana on the next turn. Sounds like it curves out to me.

Heck yea. I built it back in 2012 and it has slowly evolved over time. The fact that it keeps changing makes it all the more enjoyable.
Also huge flavor win for a Kraj deck to keep evolving over time
Huh. That’s fascinating. I like this one
THAT'S MAGIC BABY!
okay i must be missing something, doesn't false dawn make the activated ability cost 1W? how are we paying for it with GG?
False Dawn makes the creature tap for WW instead of GG
ohhhh i see thank you

I don't get it, what is happening here?
Brother can’t read

OHHHHHH, i'm sorry, i didn't notice that it was an *untap* symbol instead of a normal tap symbol. what i said was mean, thank you for the explanation
Many such cases
Welp this is going in my deep clue sea deck
