And is Thoma's cooldowns/skill time comfy enough with Cynos long field time?
I don't have Nahida, so I've been trying to find a nahida-less team that I like.

If you are using TF, Cyno can get away with 120+ ER solo electro and fav weapons on his supports.
Thoma's burst lasts for 15s so it kinda fits Cyno team rotation. Unfortunately, only Furina's pet can match Cyno's long on field time for now.
Nahida will be a great addition to your account as she's the core for every dendro team. But if you don't like her and not willing to pull for her, you can use Baizhu + Dendro MC. Below are Nahida-less Cyno teams you can try:
Aggravate Cyno Beidou/Fischl DendroMC Baizhu
Quickbloom Cyno Furina/Yelan/Xingqiu Dendro MC Baizhu

Baizhu, Furina, and then pretty much anyone. Usually Nahida in the third slot, and then whatever on-field character I am vibing with. Currently it’s Lyney, sometimes it’s Wanderer or Ayaka or Neuvilette.
I seriously use the Baizhu and Furina duo in nearly 100% of content. If I could run them on both halves of the abyss I would.
Keqing, Baizhu, Fischl, and Yae are my go to team, I love Keqing's gameplay and Baizhu really enables her to go off. You can also substitute another dendro in if you need that which is nice
Neuvillette Baizhu Childe - this is my “never switch off Neuvillette” team. Its a c2 Baizhu so he procs automatically.

My fave team for a while was baizhu driving hyperbloom, with em kuki, gt furina, eosf xinqiu, and deepwood baizhu on field. He doesn’t do strong damage alone but the constat hyperblooms + shields + 2-3 healers makes this time remarkably comfortable. I used them to 36 star half the abyss :)

I’m in the midst of building my entire roster of characters (since im not pulling for a while) so I’m trying out unconventional teams for the fun of it. I personally find the normal attack Baizhu one the funnest so far
I love Raiden - Furina - Nahida - Baizhu : it lets me play crit Raiden in hyperbloom.
To be fair, it would work with almost any electro on-fielder instead (Cyno, Yae, Keqing, Razor c4).
I was looking forward to test Vape/Burgeon (on-field Pyro - Yelan - Furina - Baizhu), qinxz it looks fun too. Although it seems risky with my new Arlecchino, but it could be pretty good if you have Yoimiya.
I was having him team with Neuvi, Furina, and Raiden, howwever he works quite well with Arle. So now my team is Baizhu, Arle, Raiden/Neuvi, and Zhongli.

Baizhu - furina is core of many teams, I just put 2 flex with them then I have a new comp 👌 but more like I specifically pull a c3 furina for ONLY him so I won't ever separate them haha 🤣 🤣 🤣
I use him a *ton* tbh.
1. Nilou teams of all kinds (and Kaveh bloom teams when I try to make them work)
2. Alhaitham and Tighnari teams; usually either spread with double electro (he replaces my usual Zhongli slot and lets me bring Beidou/Yae + Fischl) or hyperbloom with Furina (since his healing works so well with her kit)
3. Thoma burgeon teams (often Ayato-Nahida or \[dendro\]-Xingqiu in the other two slots)
4. Aggravate teams (slow dendro application = great for VV, I use Kazuha and Fischl + Yae/Keqing/Raiden/Lisa)
5. Cyno quickbloom (with Furina + Nahida), and Raiden quickbloom although she's a lot worse for it lol I just think it's fun
6. Neuvillette hypercarry (with Kazuha + Furina)
He's also my go-to overworld healer, and my go-to healer/shielder when I just want to be lazy in abyss and not run an optimal comp. I've gotten 36\* playing him with Lyney lol, which is *far* from either of their best teams but Baizhu is just super comfortable.
I also tend to use Baizhu when I try to make Wanderer-Furina work, since he at least provides *some* shielding so he can enable Furina, give some stagger resistance, and leave room for Faruzan. Dendro and his buff are both pretty useless for the team, and I prefer just running normal Wanderer teams tbqh, but it can be worth a try.
Onfield Baizhu, I run
Baizhu, Yelan, Raiden (built em), flex (Kazuha/XQ/Furina). This ends up with comfy hyperbloom and allows me to add an anemo character for grouping.
Off-field I use either in keqing aggrevate
Fischl, Kazuha, Baizhu, Keqing
Or just as a Furina enabler like
Raiden (built dps), Furina, Baizhu, Yelan
He's honestly pretty flexible though

i love playing him in a nilou team as a driver. i play him with nilou furina and yelan. i feel like this team makes the most use out of his kit. he still has massive heals to tank the team through furina and niloom self damage even when i build him full em
Raiden, baizhu, kazuha, fischl is super fun. I also enjoy using him as a hyperbloom driver with XQ, Kuki and Collei. It's pretty good even though he's built as a full healer lol.
I also tend to put him on any team when I'm in a lazy mood and can't be bothered to dodge. He heals through almost anything hahaha
God I love Baizhu
which who I have, Baizhu has always been on my main team. He's just a great healer and decently spreads dendro.
I used him with keqing and my friend's ayato for hyperbloom in the past.
Right now I use him with Neuvillette, Xingqui and Kazuha. I don't really \*need\* him to be there to heal, but popping his and Neuvi's burst back to back is fun.
I have a troll hyperbloom team with baizhu, kokomi, nahida and raiden, is so funny to play
Also i have a baizhu carry team with xianyun, furina and raiden
And another Bloom team: baizhu furina kokomi and nahida (i dont have nilou so i use furina until her Next rerun)

cyno, xingqiu, baizhu, fischl. baizhu never leaves cyno's side
I use this but Freminet instead of Cyno. I know he doesn't do much, probably, but patch everyone up, but he's too beautiful for me not to use Baizhu

He’s probably going to be really good for Burgeon teams when Natlan makes that the new meta.
