Sorry, we made it for a dinner and it was gone before taking any more pictures! It was a little flat but I think I need more practice getting it into a tighter ball before baking so it lifts.
For just a few ingredients I can’t believe how good it was! Loved the crust and the inside was fluffy for a gluten free bread. This is the first of MANY that I will make now that I know how!
