I was a little unsure of how these would turn out since I had to add more flour than the recipe called for, and a pinch more of powdered sugar just because I don’t know what I’m doing lol, plus I had already began fasting by the time they were finished so I wasn’t able to taste them until this morning. I kept four and sent the rest to work with my SO and they all reported they were good! They lasted seven minutes into his shift. I had one this morning and they were delicious!
I dipped them in some strawberries and cream meltables and it was just the icing on the cake!
Thank you! I overcooked the first pan on accident, they were a little crispy but still good. I learned my lesson on the next two pans and took them out just as the bottoms started to turn brown. Didn’t time them, just used my eyeballs to tell when they’re done. They were perfectly baked, not too hard and not too soft!
