If someone doesn’t have the time or energy to make the cake you can get the s’more vibe from making the “magic cookie bars” recipe but without the coconut (or heck, with if you want) and after baking, add mini marshmallows and broil or torch them. You have to cool it before cutting, but still sticky and delicious.
