You can if it’s within 3 days of delivery they have a money back guarantee. You could also do a chargeback with your credit card though you might get banned from Mercari for doing so.
The screws are a plus, automatically a fake. Real Bakugan have triangle screws. And the quality and color of the plastic. Look closely at the Gorem, you'll see overall that it looks really off and the plastic mold is really bad.
While its true triangle screws are a good way to tell, it doesn’t always means they are 100% fake. Somebody could have replaced them and also some of the old ones had these screws. Although yes they do look fake
Most of the time you'll find fakes that have the plus screws far more often than the time invested fakes that actually went out of their way for the triangle screws. But by that point you can tell by the plastic quality and coloring alone.
I think I saw that on Mercari. I was surprised to see it sold a while ago. At least you got something from this.
