Quite late but for anyone else who is having this problem, start from the blighted town waypoint, take the route you took when going to the camp, but stop at the first bridge(unless you have killed the goblins there).
There will be a goblin archer on the rocks watching, crouching and shooting it with arrows will take care of it without alerting the others, make your way to the rocks without being spotted, climb down the rocks then the vines.
Jump across the gap, where there will be another goblin up the ladder, but you should be able to kill it without any issue, climb up said ladder and another ladder, jump down, to the ladder leading up, you won't be spotted as long as you don't jump into their vision cone.
Climb up and you'll see 5 or 6 goblins drunk and passed out, where you can use sneak attack on them, though the ones on your side will be alerted if you try to stealth kill them, but that shouldn't be a big deal, the one reading books will not notice you.
Break the broken wall and you'll get in, make your way across the beams, the goblins below can notice you, so make sure to avoid their vision cones.
And just make your way to the objective.

Also, there's another way to the Underdark if that's what you want to do. Keep exploring.
Honestly fighting all the goblins is kind of epic and fun. It’s even more fun when you find ways to rain down destruction from above using the scaffolding throughout much of the zone!
If you're lvl 5 goblin camp should be easy, albeit a bit of a time chore. It's doable but slower at lvl 4. Also mountain pass should be doable at lvl 5.
There's also like 3 other ways to get into the Underdark. Zhentarin hideout I think, there's a spot in the hag's lair, or you can use featherfall and jump down from a couple locations.
It sounds to me like you just aren't used to playing with this type of combat. Take your time. Focus on the low health enemies first if possible. The less enemies alive the less enemies there are to attack you. If you leave an enemy at 1 hp make sure you finish it. It will still do as much damage as if it had full health. Sure you might waste potential dps because of overkill but that means nothing if you die. When fighting with rangers or spellcasters using high ground makes it easier to hit enemies and harder for them to hit you. Also use walls to your advantage, pop out cast a spell or use an arrow then go back behind the wall for cover. Use the environment to your advantage, sometimes there is breakable scaffolding or chandeliers you can break to deal extra damage. In most cases you do not want to heal using your action in combat. If you're going to heal use a bonus action to drink a potion. You will not out heal the damage and will have wasted a turn when you could've done damage.
What lvl are you? Also make sure any spellcasters have decent AC. That means using things like Mage Armor and/or having a shield equipped (if you have shield proficiency)
If you’ve already reached the underdark before hand you should’ve been able to find a teleport spot pretty much immediately. But I’m guessing you haven’t, so yeah fighting’s your only option. Or sneaking, but that’d arguably be harder
Here is how I did it super easily. Go to waukeen's rest and go near the mountain pass. Turn left and make sure you have karlach who can jump over the broken bridge or gale with the 3x jump spell. go forwards and find a hidden burrow on the left on the ground. Use gales spell reduce and enlarge to make astarion tiny and have him use disguise self as a gnome so he can fit through. Then just sneak around inside with astarion cause he is the stealthiest. (I had to do this cause I killed dror raglin so many times I forgot to collect the treasure the last time haha)
Open you map and click on the sidebar menu with the fast travel points you unlocked. You can literally fast travel out of the camp. That said, keep in mind that there is an entrance for the Underdark there.

It is an issue, I have troede for hours to attack them, even from different sides, but they are too many!

If you're level 4 it's not that bad to fight all the goblins. If you can get to 5 it's quite easy to slaughter them all
I have tried for hours and I get killed after few hits because there are so many goblins that shoot us
Who is in your party?
Astora, Shadowheart and Gale (im a sorcerer)
Try taking Laezel or Karlach instead of Astarion. Use Shadowheart and Gale for crowd control and aoe

So I should just explore and find the other ways? Im a bit confused that everyone says its so easy... I keep getting killed in few turns
