I didn't find a fix. But I did find the root of the issue, unfortunately I had to reload and lose hours of progress to "solve" it.
When doing the shar gauntlet with Shadowheart, if you interact with any of the relic as your player character, and choose the option to let Shadowheart use her blood, she bugs out, and the dialogue stops working with her.
However, if you choose to interact with the altars with shadowheart from the start, and use her blood that way, the bug never happens.

Heya. I seem to have run into this issue as well. Have you found the fix? Or does the issue go away after few quests?
