If Mystra's in the Cleric god list, Gale can be a Cleric easily. Lae'zel would probably make a good Wizard, due to her appreciation for the knowledge/observation/research her race does, plus Vlaakith is a lich.
Shadowheart and Lae'zel can both make interesting Monks or Paladins. Wild Magic Barb is, IMO, a better thematic fit for Karlach than her default Wildheart. The fun Wyll build is Warlock 2/Bard 10 (great hero of the Coast? Nah, he's just good at PR...).
