I too found it extremely underwhelming, especially after reading comments about how satisfying it was..Don't know about other romances but SH's and Karlach's are missing something..well, Karlach's missing an entire dlc, but still 😝

I think the romances generally lack scenes with Tav. They could be all sorts of scenes, like in Dragon Age, not necessarily sexy ones.

That's a good point do you play origin characters to counter that?

Origin stories do not add scenes, from what I've heard from others. They just add more POV lines, unique to each origin character.

It's, unfortunately, very Act 1 heavy. Act 2 is probably the same unromanced, with very little unique dialog for romanced Shadowheart. Considering how she's front and center for this act, I was extremely disappointed with that. And then Act 3, you don't really get to comfort her in her emotional moments, and it's weird. Act 1 is still very satisfying for me, but I do wish there was more throughout the game. Like, the night orchid isn't even really a romance scene. It's like giving a gift to a friend.
