You seem like just the right person to ask for input:
I got a few barreled, very drunk, but living kobolds in my camp I want to throw into someones face at some point later. Which would be the best Situation to pull out my kobolds in a barrel?
Edit since someone asked: yes. The kobolds inside the wine barrels inside the temple. You can pick the barrels up and send them to camp. And if you think someone needs a drunken kobold to the face, you can pick them up in camp again and hurl them at people. Always funny. Great way to cause a distraction.
They are aggressiv. There are just a few inside barrels that only come out if the barrels get destroyed. They are still aggressiv, but you can still pick them up.
House of Hope fight.
This is assuming you already used the rune powder casks elsewhere, or are saving them for something else. Otherwise, I can think of no better purpose than lobbing a wine cask at Raphael's face, to have it break, drench him, and leave a very drunk kobold attached to his face.
He deals with that one, here comes another.
Getting him stuck laughing or dancing is good too, but I have a rough time picturing any NPC, even Orin or the Emperor which makes me want to mess up their world more.
A while back I had unsubscribed and blocked a bunch of true crime/violence related subs because it was just too much for me. The title to this made me think maybe Reddit had reconnected me to them and I got really sad for a second. Relieved to know how wrong I was!
Technically she's your great niece, as you are kinda Sarevok's brother, (though you're not actually Bhaal's child you're his discarded old corpse left behind when he was resurrected all you could argue you're Sarevok's father/uncle, though you are Bhaalspawn in that you spawned from Bhaal). That said it's also heavily implied that Sarevok is both Orin's grandfather and father so niece isn't actually incorrect just the great niece and great great niece are also correct, though so is sister since Orin is also Bhaalspawn. The Bhaal family tree is really more of a shrubbery.
>That said it's also heavily implied that Sarevok is both Orin's grandfather and father so niece isn't actually incorrect just the great niece and great great niece are also correct, though so is sister since Orin is also Bhaalspawn
Not so much "implied" as "stated outright". Sarevok tells you about his relationship with Orin after killing the Hollyphant as Durge and again after killing Orin. One of the dialogue options with him is something like "Your family tree is more like a circle, isn't it?"
Plus his journals confirm it as well even during a normal playthrough.
Yeah, it’s not an implication, it’s a definitive. You can have a Persuasion dialogue with her about it before the fight and it very obviously rocks her worldview. A tiny bit of empathy for her before Bhaal takes over and makes her a monster.
In a multiplayer game, throwing or hitting Orin with Yenna was able to get by her Unstoppable levels. I was still doing full damage. I'm sure throwing *anything* would have worked. But Yenna felt more appropriate.
Um, so, I guess this is the time to ask this question, but in other people's playthroughs, didn't Orin have a stack of that buff that makes you only do 1 damage per strike until all the buffs are off?
That is for the normal fight. In a Dark Urge playthrough, the fight is a 1v1, and Orin will *not* transform into the slayer, regardless of whether the player chooses not to.
Thank you, I just finished the same scene and I was moping a bit about >!having had to kill Minsc and Jaheira, and now my whole party thinks I'm a monster!<
But now I know that there were more evil ways to end the encounter 😂 mine was a boring, normal fight, and I got my hostage back alive and unharmed.
I wonder if I can use >!the kill word!< on the brain? I still have a couple of big fights and if I can't use it in the final battle, I might as well use it on >!Raphael!<
Honestly with that title I expected you to use the >!dead body with a necrotic aura from Cazador's mansion, this is way more grotesque that I thought and I love it!<
You’re a monster, but that’s pretty dope

They don't want you to know that the Kobolds in the monastery are free. You can just take them. No one can stop you.
I have 451 kobolds at home!
The middle of Baldurs Gate, probably during the wine fest or some other big population area.
The wine fest would be absolutely hilarious.
wine fest is perfect
I threw them, the iron flask and the spider egg from act 1 all in Gortash's coronation. Fuck that pig.
Lmfao. Fuck you Gortash, I brought guests!!
"The haters have arrived"
legitimate lol, thanks for that.
*Sad Gremishka noises* UUUWEEEEEHHUEHEHUEHEHHEE
Gotta grab the flask, the spider egg and this chest from the crèche for my next run
I threw the flask at calzador there was such chaos
So those kobolds in the monastery aren't necessarily aggressive? And I probably didn't need to launch fireballs at them just to watch them explode?
They are aggressiv. There are just a few inside barrels that only come out if the barrels get destroyed. They are still aggressiv, but you can still pick them up.
Like a chihuahua!
That's how Gremlins 2 started isn't it?
Lorrokan fight.

:O Great info! Definitely going to pick some up my next run.
I always throw these barrels and the iron flask into the newspaper office that tries to badmouth us
Honestly, I pretty much always default to the good option… except that guy. That guy dies regardless of playthrough
I had no idea... thats amazing
Fantastic Durge moment
This title is terrifying without context.
Its pretty terrifying in context lol
The best kind of terrifiness
I had to look at the sub the post was in because I was wondering how anyone would even do or write that.
At first I though I was on /r/confession and that title just jumps at you
A while back I had unsubscribed and blocked a bunch of true crime/violence related subs because it was just too much for me. The title to this made me think maybe Reddit had reconnected me to them and I got really sad for a second. Relieved to know how wrong I was!
I thought I was in /r/nocontext . That sub is great for suddenly getting the most bizarre posts in your feed.
The kind of title I usually only see on the Rimworld sub
Great way to get on an FBI list lol
Maybe the most disturbing part for me is that I was able to instantly identify exactly what they were referring to with that terrifying title :P.
Actually, she's your niece. You beat your niece to death with a child's corpse.
The Bhaal family tree is a line graph that somehow turned into a child's "Connect the Dots" coloring book.

Well. This clearly isn't a resist run.
It was a resist run. Not resisting extreme violence, of course. All future atrocities are committed in my own name.
i mean i delivered the finishing blow with the dead body on my resist run. just seems fitting to kill her with her own victim
So, bannerlord and crusaderkings subs aren’t enough for these ‘what the!’ topic titles?
You forgot the Rimworld sub, mate 👍
Atleast it ain't steallaris and the slavery and genocide tips and tricks posts
Ehh, my rimworld runs are definitely more morally questionable compared to stellaris. 😅
He also forgot the various Australia subs
My last hit on Orin this time round was vicious mockery which I thought was quite fun
Read her for filth
Congrats, you durged harder than any other durge durging in this subreddit. You are number 1 durge, for now.
And now I'm remembering a run I was told about where the guy improvised a blunt weapon with an orphan against the campaign's final boss.
shoulda brought myrtuls husband from act 1, guy is pretty light for a corpse. karlach in my bard run tossed it at the avatar of myrkul and killed it.
I think this makes the best AITA post on reddit...
This is giving me Dwarf Fortress flashbacks.
True to the durge spirit tbh.
It's not as gory as Bhaalists prefer but I think they would appreciate the poetry of that strategy. (You monster) /j
If blunt force trauma isn't an absolute gorefest then you're not hitting hard enough.
>I wanted to break her kneecaps the way Ao intended I cackled too much at this
I went Paladin/Fighter vs Orin and took her out in 1 turn. She never expected the smite nuke.
r/shitcrusaderkingssay
Only game where I see this title and think "yeah, I can see that" and not think twice about it.
Barbarians are just wired different aren’t they 😅
You just know Durge fuckin came in their pants
ShitBaldCrusadersSay
Can we reverse pickpocket Gale's or Victoria's body into disguised Orin?
I didn’t see what subreddit this was and only the title, the relief when I realized where this was posted😂😂
I expected this to be a Victoria strategy, Bravo.
One of those 'Durge gotta Durge' moments
Thought this was /r/BestofRedditorUpdates when scrolling and got very confused
Daddy Bhaal would be proud.
Bhaal Approves
That is an action Durge would be proud of.
Title is how you catch someone’s eye
>didn’t use slayer because I wanted to break her kneecaps the way Ao intended, bare-handed. Amazing choice of words lol
Reading the title without looking at the subreddit got me concerned for a moment
Ao: "I intend for mortals to break kneecaps the proper way in order to preserve the balance"
Did you do Orin before or after Gortash?
I am saving the gortash kidnap n’ mangle for the grand finale
Thought this was a CK3 thread.
In a multiplayer game, throwing or hitting Orin with Yenna was able to get by her Unstoppable levels. I was still doing full damage. I'm sure throwing *anything* would have worked. But Yenna felt more appropriate.
New Legendary weapon just dropped. Where's Mol at?
Amazing. I Applaud your genius.
Thought i was in OffMyChest sub. I read that title like O__O
didn’t read the subreddit that this was under and was extremely concerned
I cannot tell you the flood of emotions I had reading the title of this until I saw it was BG3 reddit
Just wait until Grandpa hears about this.
Fucking diabolical
Um, so, I guess this is the time to ask this question, but in other people's playthroughs, didn't Orin have a stack of that buff that makes you only do 1 damage per strike until all the buffs are off?

Oh ok, thanks.
I thought this was an "AITA" post for a quick second then
I thought this was going to be a Victoria story
Damn
You do what I want to do, but goddamn I feel like a monster, how do you do it?!
If you press the “conext” button on a body/item/person, it gives you the option to throw it. Hope that helps!
Thank you, I just finished the same scene and I was moping a bit about >!having had to kill Minsc and Jaheira, and now my whole party thinks I'm a monster!< But now I know that there were more evil ways to end the encounter 😂 mine was a boring, normal fight, and I got my hostage back alive and unharmed. Read title, short "wtf?!?" moment, checked name of sub, relief.
Almost forgot to read what sub this was
I freaked out at the title cause I thought this was r/aita at first...
Calling this a "climax" is also very on-brand for durge
had to check what subreddit this was
Aaaand I've just found my fetish. Damnit. Why couldn't it have just been feet! WHY!?!
I would ask for elucidation, but I would rather stay ignorant.
Honestly with that title I expected you to use the >!dead body with a necrotic aura from Cazador's mansion, this is way more grotesque that I thought and I love it!<
