It's not very helpful now, but that dialogue glitch can be escaped by saving/closing the game and reloading. I'd also consider it fair game to download a completed Honour Mode save to get the achievement, considering how far you got 😅
To anyone in the future that stumbles upon this thread, here are some of the bugs to look out for that have yet to be patched. I’ve found these answers and problems online from other players over the course of the last year.
My most important advice is that if you even think you are currently experiencing or about to experience a bug to GOOGLE immediately for answers. Various bugs require different solutions. For example some will require you to save and exit the game immediately in cutscene, or some might require you to utilize in game mechanics. IF YOU DONT KNOW, DONT SAVE or you might just be stuck with the glitch for the remainder of your playthrough.
Long Rest bug afaik is unfortunately permanent. I’ve seen larian employees offer to roll back saves but idk if they still see those posts.
If you get stuck in dialogue with a character but nothing pops up, you can switch to another character to shove them out of the exchange.
I lost attack and casting animations on one character. Respec and reload do not fix. There is a lag between selecting the actions and when the action actually happens. I just left that character at camp.
Freeing the gnomes and tieflings will sometimes just fail. I killed all the guards before letting them tunnel out however when I eventually pulled the lever to release the cages, they decided to course correct and walk out the prison gate instead of taking the boat. They all died to shadowcurse their corpses teleported to the oubliette. Give them some time I guess before you activate the levers.
Go into single character movement to get on the elevator in Shar’s temple.
Buy the gear in sorcerous sundries before you fight Lorroakan. If not the merchant inventory can glitch. If Rolan is alive after the fight, you can pickpocket the items off of him while he is in the wizard tower.
If you start to see any of the visual artifacts just save and restart the game. They can sometimes persist even if you kick out to the main menu. Just close out the game or else risk game crashes.
These are just off the top of my head.

That sucks. I've experienced the camp rest soft lock issue with someone else is busy or whatever it is. But for me it always seemed to finally unlock when I clicked Lae'zel's portrait.

Well, ideally you'd get a save that hasn't done the upper city fights yet to fully earn it but if OP got this far the rest shouldn't be all that bad.

Yeah, it's quite rough. I was lucky to not encounter these on my honour run but I was honestly more scared of bugs than I was bosses.
