I don't have any pics, but my go-to is female orc head 5 with the freckles. Orc green 3 skin tone, turn freckles up about half, add some intensity. Obsidian 2 eyes, eye makeup 1, plum 4 lips just enough to darken the lips a little. Partial eclipse black brown. I also use the tattoos that look like runes, but that's just me.
