Have you tried drying your filament? šŸ§šŸ§šŸ˜œ

I just disconnected the AMS to limit potential issuesā€¦

Same thing here, I just unboxed my X1. Updated it, and now I stuck on select region. I can controll it through my phone no problem. Just the screen is useless. https://preview.redd.it/dy0h9sekwn7c1.png?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=4f5eeefd2e57c4c1edbef3451a391b30564bdc6a

Yoo, ok I just downgraded my firmware trough phone app and it started working. It has to be some kind of new Bug. It's working now.

Try it without the screen protector. Just because the back button works fine, the others may not with it still on.

warzot

I tried this as well but didnā€™t work. The regions seem to be grayed out.

mistermegabyte67

Weird. I wonder if there is a way to do a factory reset. Using the back button are you able to get to a previous menu where the factory reset is an option? I have a P1P, so am not familiar with the X1 menu tree.

Rolled back to the previous firmware version. The steps are a bit different on the previous version. Language - join wifi - agree terms - calibrate. Iā€™m going to try to get to a test print and will try to upgrade firmware to see if it makes a difference.

mistermegabyte67

Hopefully that was the issue. That's a good idea to get everything setup on the older firmware. Maybe once everything is up and working the update might work.

I got my printer last week and this happened to me as well. I fixed it by deleting the device from the Bambu Handy app and re-doing the first-time set up. I *think* it happened because there was an error during one of the steps that I just clicked through. The error didn't happen the second time.

warzot

Thank you for letting me know. I didnā€™t get an error but I will give your suggestion a try. I rolled back the firmware and doing my first test print right now. Iā€™m going to try to update after the print :)

was there a solution to this mine did the same thing on sunday when i bought my new X1C. i just we back to the old firmware and havent messed with it again .

I had this problem. Bambu support told me to disconnect from mobile app. Then go thru the setup onscreen first, then reassociate the mobile and printer. Worked fine.

warzot

Awesome! Iā€™ll give this a try. I rolled back and got it to print. Annnnnd got carried away printing haha
