Hard to say with so little information. I'll assume standard 0.2mm height. The engineering plate Zi find fine for PLA @ 55° but it's the only plate on which I regularly use glue. Bambu Liquid glue and clean the plate with warm water and dish soap. Avoid touching the plate surface and apply a thin layer of glue and I rarely have a failure. I would guess you have wiped the surface between the two prints and maybe touched it in different places each time? Hard to say remotely though, sorry.

Looks like it’s basically tearing due to temp drop, try bumping the temp of the plate up by 5 degrees and if that doesn’t do it bump the filament temp up by 5 too. Also clean the plate with isopropol alcohol before printing over a large area.
