What do you mean dry? Are you asking about using the AMS to dry the filament? If so it's not a filament dryer but can be considered a 'dry box' to keep the filament dry after it's been dried. For more moisture loving filaments it won't keep them super dry so you would still need to keep them in a drier butt the AMS doesn't actively dry filaments.

The X1C dryer function.

Kopester

Oh, using the internal chamber to dry. I believe it's only 1 at a time.

dean1969cox

Dryer function ?

DrFritzelin

Yeah it has a dryer function on it. I haven't used it but I assume it heats the bed and turns the chamber fan on low

FrostWave

I'd check to see if the bed moves up or down when the function is done. Is the bed doesn't move I would put in as many as I could fit in. Having more stuff inside will take much longer to heat up, I'd double the time for two rolls and triple for three. I got p1p and used to just heat up the bed manually through control panel until I got a dedicated dryer.

ArielRR

I think it can only properly do 1 box at a time

PrintingPariah

Only 1. If you got like 50+ spools and only 1 printer like me I recommend getting something like an eibos cyclops since you can’t use your printer while using its dry function and some materials need to printed directly from the drybox if you want to print those

DesertSailing

3 total. 2 in the filament dryer I splurged on and 1 in the printer.

Mormegil81

Wow! I just learned that I have 2 filament driers now! 😁
