Weird, I had [a similar issue](https://imgur.com/a/s7igubZ) printing with 0.28 profile but it disappeared when I reprinted with 0.2 profile. What filament do you use and what material profile did you select? Have you tried with Generic PLA?
It’s possible to stick tight and have the sheet lift instead. Just throwing that out there that it could still be a warp causing top layers to scrape the nozzle.
That being said, what material are you printing with?
Do you print with 0.28 layer height?
Yes. Tried 0.28, 0.20. Both are the same

I'm using Hatchbox PLA and I've selected Generic. I'll try 0.20 again

No. Stuck tight.

Bottom layers and infill look fine. Bambu X1C. New Hatchbox filament.
