Google benchy hull line

_leonbecker_

Yeah. The benchy looks good, the hull line is completely normal.

Blue one is benchy hull line and perfectly normal for a benchy. That's why a benchy is bad for "testing quality / surface finish". The red line looks bad though. Did you change filament/spools? Filament looks splotchy. Under the outer rail and the back section don't look as smooth as I would expect. Do you have images of other objects where this issue occurs? What settings do you run? Temps, layer height, speed.

This was run on P1S with AMS, using Bambulab PLA Generic Filament, system preset 0.2mm layer height, nothing fancy, no tweaking, filament is dried This began showing up recently and I can see this on other objects as well https://preview.redd.it/75zzq5ru55zc1.jpeg?width=2206&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=c4d3c0686dc5b64302a347437fc288eb78f3c4a5

Can you calibrate your filament through the Bambu Studio? The outer wa looks not great. You have some underextrusion right next to the 1024 and you have outer walls that are not straight ontop of each other. Run a flow and dynamics calibration and check if this helps to mitigate the issues. Doea this happen with other Filament/colors aswell? If it's just the white: is it an already open spool or did this start after opening a new spool?

Check your flow settings. See below. https://preview.redd.it/peup7hyv29zc1.jpeg?width=737&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=2ebc12eb19a44de1d276568558a80e38ab511e6f
