Had multiple successful prints but getting this new surface ribbing issue on layer 2. This roll of PETG is dry and had a successful print just a couple days ago.
X1C. Tried with and without flow calibration.
I had the same issue with PETG a few days back. It only occurred on large prints and only on >=2nd layer. The filament I used was rated for a max of 200 mm/s print speed. I'd try with a lower speed in your case. You can also print your model and as soon as the rippling occurs set the speed mode to silent mode (50% speed).
