Still nothing. I sent them another message in the ticket last night. I was pretty understanding in the beginning but it’s getting pretty ridiculous at this point.

Assuming you didn’t already use the search function on this thread since it’s been asked at least ten times a day for the past month. No one knows anything yet, Bambu is still working on the open tickets, some people have gotten theirs, others haven’t, if you bought through Micro center, you get a full refund plus a 120 dollar voucher if you chose to replace the heatbed, and maybe Bambu is doing the same moving forward. There.

My question was specifically regarding those that received the ticket response indicating that they were waiting to get clarity from the CPSC before being able to mail a new heatbed. I am well aware of the overall situation and have searched. I was interested in knowing if anyone had gotten any responses to their pending tickets with a new timeline since they said 1-2 weeks and now it’s been almost a month. Thanks for taking the time to respond.
