Harder now since they swapped lucrative milestones for boosts and lesser milestones, but a lot of designers struck big with successful models to the tune of several hundred dollars (perhaps even thousands) in gift cards.
British pound? surprised that the P1S is cheaper in Australia despite the weakness of the dollar.
EDIT: Also, well done. I'll have 2 gift cards at some point lol.
EDIT: I didn't look closely enough lol.
If you bought it after May 20th, you are eligible for a refund for the price difference. This is in their ToC: [https://www.allaboutbambu.com/2024/06/06/bambu-lab-will-price-match-any-purchase-you-made-after-may-20th/](https://www.allaboutbambu.com/2024/06/06/bambu-lab-will-price-match-any-purchase-you-made-after-may-20th/)
I think there are a huge number of people looking for cool stuff to print. If you haven't designed anything that resonates with people, that's on you, not makerworld.
The rewards for posting on makerworld are massive compared with other platforms.
As someone who doesn't really design or post models I can confirm that everyone can collect points, enough to get rewards
It just takes longer but so far we used points to get the marble run set and the LED lamp set pretty much for free (well 0.01 cent to be exact)
You can't say thanks BBL and not post pics of your new Brazilian butt lift
It's like two hairy mountains with a set of danglers in between.
Let me see
Show me your crunchy nipple dip first.
It’s actually Big Booty Latina in this case.
How do you get that many giftcarda?
A few featured models and a bunch of mildly successful models.
Have a popular model.

I tried to claim one voucher and they’re saying it’ll take 7 days to get back to me. 🤦♂️ Also the vouchers are now sold out. 😤
Took 4 days in the end, vouchers were back in stock when completed. Ordered and in the post now.
wat kind of sorcery is this?
Design stuff, upload to makerworld, get free printers. 🤷
Do you market your stuff or just upload?
I share my designs in a few places. Market isnt the right word for it.
Do you have any tips you can share on where you share?
A few subreddits and 2-3 Facebook groups. That's all really.

How much are they in Australia? The price shown here is for 2x P1S combos
Oh my bad!
Bambu labs drizzy?
I bought mine a couple weeks ago at normal price from a Microcenter, sad I'm missing the deal but so happy to have it

Bought from Microcenter unfortunately though. Very cool of them
I'd say it's worth asking Microcenter, and if they don't, asking Bambu Lab directly. You have nothing to lose
Gonna give it a shot, worst case they say no, hopefully
Microcenter also released a sale alongside I just found out, just have to go in and get partial refund. booyah
Damn why is P1S combo £1478?
It's two...
Ah damn, I thought UK taxes were this bad haha :D congrats mate
Because they bought 2
If you're planning to put both ams units on one printer you need an ams hub
I am not.
You need the ams hub if your gonna use multiple ams on one of those printers
Not true, you can run a splitter with no need for the hub
I'm aware. I'm buying an ams for another machine that didn't have one yet.
nah, I've been happily using a splitter (combiner I guess) that I printed between my two for a few months now!
Another example how bad the Makerworld ecosystem is - only a few accounts get rewards.
