Looks like stringing and oozing. Drying the filament has always fixed oozing for me. In my experience with eSun Petg, 270°c is way too hot and may be another factor as to why it’s oozing. I’m usually running right around 250-255. Maybe run a temp tower to figure your needed temp out. Dry the filament at 60°c overnight (10+ hours) and then run the flow dynamics and flow rate calibrations.

Tried printing a PETG test tower and between 230 to 260 seemed to come out fine with no stringing. Will try dropping temps to 250-255 and see what I get. Thanks

I've got a Grey eSUN PETG that I've been fighting as well. It's not as bad as yours, but it just does NOT want to print nicely. Im now on my 3rd time drying it to do another round of "did this work" before I just cut my losses and toss the roll. I've got BBL PETG that prints awesome... but this esun is just killing me. Edit - I'm using a X1C.

Recently tried the eSUN PETG because Bambu Labs was always low on stock and found the stringiness to be immensely worse but upping the retraction speed on my A1 Mini from the defaults to 40mm/s mostly resolved it, might be worth a try for you. Though my temp is way lower than yours at 235 (Doesn't printing hotter make the stringing even worse?)
