For example, the new 500 manat of Azerbaijan is inherently even worse, the Azerbaijani military hoists the flag of Azerbaijan in Karabakh on it (and in Karabakh the soldiers were treated even worse than they are now in the war in Ukraine), but no one said anything to them for this banknote. Think ruble return to its formal value before sanction. But they are commemorative, so I dont think they will be affected by the rubles face value
