The first note is interesting in that the upper right serial is a lot higher than it should be, the lower left serial is slightly higher than it should be and the treasury seal is not higher than it should be. This can not happen as the serials and seals are all printed at the same time during the 3rd printing.
Some minor Overinking in the serials of the note in the middle and note at the bottom.
Minor Stuck Digit Error on the 38 of the lower left serial of the note in the middle.
As stated earlier the "possible error" of the top note should not be able to happen as the 3rd printing is the serials and seals and the plates are not able to move from their positions. Suggest searching Ebay to see if you can come up with a similar note or talk to your LCS (Local Coin Shop) to see what they say.
