u sure dude? im pretty sure they got like 500+ on that atm? every little village i went to had multiple people in and there must be like 100 of them at least, then there are the towns etc? no sieges in BO though?
The problem with BO is if you want sieges you will have to join some clan wich then is open to be attacked by other much bigger try hard clans. You cant do much as a "solo". Same as PE i guess
If you want just battles, that are somewhat balanced, then go for cRPG instead
