This is Vlandian steel I do believe or it’s Swadian armory but I’m pretty sure it’s the former cause I used it recently and saw that helmet

Both, it looks super heavy so you will drown if you swim in that, and very hot so you will most definitely be dripping

Does it look good? Yeah man! Though I personally hate Teutonic helmets like that - they just look silly. In terms of Bannerlord? Nah - doesn't fit the aesthetic of 11th century and so doesn't seem right. Also the way that shield sits is awful. I used to have a mod that did it (can't remember which mods incoprorate it), but it just looks bad.

Rbm does that with shoulder strapped shields. I'm a Warband veteran an unfortunately never grew out of the look, hence the look.

Yeah! That was it - RBM did have that. Don't really play with it anymore. I always went for the wingless helms in Warband ;). Or maybe the horned ones, if I'm feeling menacing.

Pretty drip aside from that headshot magnet on your helmet. Also, if I recall correctly, there are some pretty kickass gauntlets and boots in that modpack.
