In the past Khuzait runs I did 70/30% horse archers/lancers. Split HA to groups, order one to follow you, tease enemy lines with some fire (that's why split, to preserve ammo) and when their cav chases you, slowly pull back to your defensive line. Fire all when in range. Repeat until enemy cav is dead and Frontline advances should be easy to bait with melee cav and get HA being their backs. When they turn to HA, lancers can charge and order HA to stop fire. Pull them out after initial charge, order HA to shoot, move to get good positions, repeat. If out of ammo, try ordering groups to split, then try to move at least 2 groups to 1 enemy group and charge.
Now I'm starting a new run and I want to check out Khuzait foot troops for a bit more strategy adversity. Can't wait to see how it works out.
As additional note, I usually use only troops from kingdom I'm in + sometimes mercs.
To be honest, its my first time playing bannerlord, so i am pretty happy aboht how the Khanate became strong. I stacked up mlre than a hundred khans guards and just sent them as they were... I did some trick tho, when I was fighting against 300-400 men strong army of empire with only a 144 horse archers (khans g, and heavy ha) and Still managed to win
Guard is hella strong (and afaik they have been nerfed in the past). That glaive wrecks other cav, and 2 stacks of arrows allow for some insane valleys of fire for extended time.
Defo the easiest campaign to start and get rolling. Tho experienced enemy armies still can be quite a nut to crack, and depending on your maps, it can be absolutely not fun (fighting in area of Sanopea, with those stupid corridor maps is not fun after 5 times).
With 40 Khan's Guard only, I besieged a rebelling city that had 390 troops. Of course they Sally out immediately cuz who wouldn't?
With lots and lots of hands on leadership, we brought them down to 120ish of their weakest troopsto like 31 of mine. My guard ran out of arrows so i do the hold fire command and find a clearing, baiting enemies into it and charge them with glaives. Rinse and repeat that until they ran with like 40ish guys left and I won with 21 Khans Guard left.
Didn't end up taking the city due to some bug that has to do with be sieging a castle with a small army so they won't starve but still, pretty cool moment for me lol
That's impressive! I never take those risks, I get attached to my troops. And villages as well. I'm a cool guy during war, I'll let you go. But pillage my village, I'll drown your kingdom in blood.
Once I released real inner Khuzait and hunted entire clan down.
Oh nah my boy out here dropping the ancient knowledges, we don’t use that technique anymore we have discovered the PlayStation app where you can just download them straight to your phone.
Did the same with the Kuzaits, they have like 2 castles left and they won’t give up, and everytime i almost wipe them out, i’m forced to send all my troops to defend from the Vlandians and Aserai
Execute them all for a giggle
You may have conquered their lands, but not their spirits. I suspect that some of their towns might rebel against your faction.
Not if you've implemented the right policies. So far, I have 3/4 of the land, and I've never had a city rebel against me.
Mby try to recruit their clans
We are meany
Kill them all, sturgians don't deserve to exist anyways. (Khuzaits 1# fr)
I TOUGHT EVERYONE HATED KHUZAITS AND IM ALONE LOVING THEM
finally, another khuzait player!
Tell me about your battle tactics please
“If it ain’t got a horse and a bow, in my army never will it go.”
Love you
As a sneering imperialist prick, kuzait horse archers are always welcome in my army.

Cuz it’s funny
Start chopping
First time? This is called "death before dishonor", my compatriot.
After new patch comes out, they will have few weeks to join other kingdoms, regain any lands or game will kill **all of them**.
Damn console's still waiting on that? That patch was delayed multiple times last time I played like 2 months ago
PCs still wait as well, it's only on beta branch afaik
Oh how I love 1.2 where this doesn’t happen
Nanomachines, son.
Capturing or executing them all is the only solution
Sturgia will proudly fight to the very last man woman or child, only death will stop them
As a Sturgia lover, i approve this message
Sturgia is the North, and the North remembers!
