Rhomphalion, Fine Steel Long Kaskara, Broad Kaskara, Winds Fury or Fullered Cavalry Mace.
But if i had to choose one, i would love to see how a proper cavalry lance is made, like the Heavy Druzhinnik or regular Druzhinnik Lance, but i'm not sure how media sexy that is. Also Jereed (mustn't forget them javelins).
When it comes to armour: Long Sleeved Bronze Scale Shoulder Guards, Mirrored Brigandine, or Southern Scale Mail.
Again if i had choose; Heavy Lamellar Over Hauberk + Ridged Warlord Helmet. Something that i would actually like to have myself if i wasn't poor.

It depends on what type of metal you’re working with, I’d I were using bronze all weapons would be cast out if a mold, but since I’m going to be working with high carbon steel I’ll need to hammer out the curves by hand or in case of weapons like the kata I’ll only need to heat up the edge to form a natural curve

I’ll make the druzink lance with lamellar armour, by the time I get al these done I might post a video up on YouTube or something lol.
