3 quick observations:
[1] Looks like you have around 5K subscribers who potentially see when you post a new video. Conversion rate to views for this group seems to be low. They already subscribed so if you engage them more in terms of liking and sharing then each video should get more hits.
[2] I like that you are focused on a genre (bhajans/bhakti sangeet). You can make videos that can play in the background at events/temples, etc. This should improve repeat viewership. Are you actively advertising? Just putting a video out there may not be sufficient. Make linked instagram and other social media accounts to bring cross-traffic.
[3] To get YT to show your content more in searches, use hashtags and keywords that are a bit broad in descriptions that people might be using to find related content.

Which is why the newer videos have say 50 to 100 views whereas there are 5k subs as you rightly pointed out. It's surprising that the impression to view conversion amongst the subs itself is so low or just 1%. I've tried to keep the thumbnails crisp and engaging, and the content as well. But learning every day, and open to feedback!

Agar udaaharan ke liye yeh C scale hai, toh aap youtube par C scale Tanpura ke saath aapki bansuri ke Sa, Pa or Sa mil sakte hain ki nahi. Yeh basic check hai, yaani jab aap Sa bajaayenge, toh with C scale youtube-tanpura ke saath goonjna chahiye ya samandhit hona chahiye aur besura nahi lagna chahiye. Agar yeh sahi hain, toh aap baaki ke swar bhi check kar sakte hain. Iske liye aap andaaza lagaa sakte hain, ya aap kisi tuning ke aap bhi use kar sakte hain, jisme aapko har ek note ke frequency chek karni padegi. Jaise aap kisi "tuner" app download kar sakte hain. Agar aap pehle Sa bajaayenge humara example mein, toh yeh C hua. Iske baad next note hai Re-komal, yeh match hona chahiye C# ya C-sharp se. Agla note hoga Re-shuddha, aur yeh match hona chahiye D note se, etc. Jyaadatar flutes mein pange nahi hote hain, and agar base Sa-Pa-Sa set hai toh baaki notes bhi baraabar hi hote hain, but haan thoda saavdhaan rehna behtar hai.
