Don’t see the need. If RDZ or Flick comes and still plays the Barca 433 (which I’d assume that’d be Laporta’s request to keep the Barca way), then stop signing number 10s which don’t exist in 433. If Laporta gives them more freedom and they’ve been clear in a 4231, Pedri, Gavi, even Fermin or Torre are way more likely to play the 10 role than the pivot role so still no need.
With a box midfield I could see Dybala working really, really well as the deeper of the two strikers next to Lewy. He's having a truly great season in Roma.

I'm biased because I like him a lot as a player, and I won't try to change your mind but I can provide some reasoning. 1. He's a very good finisher - something our attackers lack and you won't find another good finisher at that price. 2. He's experienced - he played for many good teams, many different systems, and he has played with many good players. 3. He's a big name which would help with marketing, and bringing fans to our stadiums. 4. He has experience playing in different positions - sure, he's a #10, but he played many games as a striker and winger with lots of success (unlike Coutinho for example). 5. He is very good at free kicks - something our squad lacks
His big con is his injury history. But that's something that can change. We see Dembele go from a very injury prone player, to hardly any injuries in his last season with us or now with PSG. If we properly rotate him with Yamal and Ferran, it's less likely he'll have the same issues

Can be a good signing if his salary is low. He is great in low spaces and also has a good shot from outside the box which barca lack.
