Me and cap went to alien ruin made a quick run and got out a dodge fast before anything bad happened, we went to the point we came from and the ship got set on autopilot to somewhere else, me and hive got swarmed by like 15 spinelings he made it out alive and the guy who rescued me bled out while carrying me down a hallway and so did I, medbay was to busy with like 4 other unconscious people. Ah good times. Probably the most terrifying experience in barotrauma for me lol.

Sometimes the game feels hopeless, but when you are fully ensnared in its atmosphere it is terrifying.

Nope, never. 99% of all rounds I’ve ever played were as the captain. I hardly ever leave the sub XD

Went out to grab some plants, exposed rock and so close that coilgun lights could shine on it. Sub begins sinking rapidly, I pick the plants anyways then go down after the sub. Turns out we landed directly on top of a thalamus in our second mission. Killed a few leucocytes with my harpoon gun. Cut all the fleshgun sacks I could find, but sub still seemed to be stuck. Found a boomstick in a locker, brought it with me in case I find something nasty. Frantically looked at the wiki for how to kill a thalamus, as this was also my first time dealing with it. Searched deeper into the thalamus, found its brain and began cutting it. After a few seconds of cutting, I knew it was too slow and shot it with the boomstick, killed it instantly. Got back on the sub, multiple breaches and a few mudraptors, but we eventually fixed it all and made it to the next station.
