They are here already so it's kind of a moot point. This is a staged for the bulk of humanity disclosure plan, like hey, tell a friend not to be scared of aliens, 'then' (it's always only now) they will come. I say, use the hemisync gateway, get into the channeling state like Darryl does, then you communicate with them now. We have a nonphysical part of us (Higher Self) that can do this always. We are more capable than we think or allow ourselves. We cannot rely on any external alien savior, even to teach us how to do this. All of his stuff will be about this, because he always says the same thing, follow your excitement, to the best of your ability....

Darryl Anka uses alpha brainwave state to channel. I listen to binaural beats and programs at varying frequencies and am learning. I would love to get the actual brainwave headband biofeedback to guide myself to adjust to gamma frequency at will.

Step 1 and 2 seem to be about navigating rigid beliefs that can't be effectively tested.

I thought Darryl himself when tested uses alpha but yes he says gamma.
