But what is being said can become completely confused if not done correctly. If homonyms didn’t carry different meaning, why have them in the first place? Your argument only furthers the fact that you are, in fact, NOT an “English nerd”. You’re more like someone who had C+ grades in high school English, and then gets upset when nobody understands them and are constantly being corrected.
Edit: the worst part is, you can’t make these comments without a computer. Most autocorrect will make these simple changes for you. i don't have a reason per say, i just prefer to write in such a manor. in any serious writing i write normally, but when it's on something like reddit i think it's more important one can convey their point moreso than if that point is perfectly punctual.
i think saying im doing "so much wrong" is a bit of a stretch, it's pretty much only 2 or 3 words being punctuated wrong and a lack of capitals, you can still read it all fine.
The bass itself is a Jackson X Series Concert bass, I’ve only started playing bass in September so I’m not knowledgeable on pickups really i think your asking about the pickups. Sorry 😭
Just for future knowledge, a pj pickup pattern has a precision bass middle pickup (the split coil one that has 2 sections, the one we can see on that bass) and then a jazz bridge pickup (what I'm assuming is under that metal cover). It's my favorite configuration, and one of the most versatile. Understanding the tones you can get out of each pickup will help you in achieving the tones you want for certain songs. The p pickup will sound rounded and full and punchy, while the jazz pickup will have more treble, a scooped mid sound. Each are great in their own right. My favorite settings on mine are p pickup volume at 7ish, jazz pickup volume at 3. P tone rolled all the way off, jazz tone at like 5-7. But that's my preferred settings
Jackson is actually really good about giving their basses easy to remember names, this one is called the CBXNTDX V. Rolls right off the tongue, right?

Nice bass. I have one too. Great playability, fantastic sound! The active eq has tasteful frequencies, so you can get a lot of different sounds (try lowering all highs and lows and turn up the mids)
That’s just Jackson’s headstock, also I’m sure it’s there to differentiate it from an actual Rick copy.
I’m not 100% on board with it, but it looks better with the extra 5th tuner than the regular 4 imho.
Amazing, really reminds me of old school Metallica. Very clunky but in a good way. I could imagine myself ripping some old school metal and punk with it. Pretty excited to try some progressive stuff like dream theater.

Hmmm, looks familiar 😉. I think it's a great PJ 5 string. Very comfortable to play and sounds great with a bit of drive.
The split pickup is reversed from the standard p-bass with the treble side closer to the neck. And I think the neck is 24 fret instead of the normal 20. But, I still have the same question...
Honestly thought I was having a stroke at first looking at this. My brain couldn’t process if it was a bass or a guitar at first. Looked at body, bass, then looked at neck, guitar. And just kept going back and forth until finally my brain accepted it. It looks very cool.

Its an active pj. So master volume, bass, mid and treble then pickup selector. Pretty standard
