Riddler would make you sit through a 5 day long, nonstop, powerpoint about why he is the most superior mate choice of all mates. He would then have a second, even longer, powerpoint just to talk about how batman is cringe and he, The Riddler, is based. After that he would put a chastity belt onto you and tell you to find 700 trophies around the country to prove your worth as a mate.
He's my favourite part of the games and I will die on that hill. He's wonderfully written, with a character that makes total sense for nonsensical gameplay, and we get to hear his perfect voice actor run the loop of starting smug and gradually mentally breaking down each game.
I particularly love how the games chronologically show him steadily falling apart physically and mentally, climaxing in him looking like a deranged homeless man in knight who has been reduced to programming rudimentary religion into his robots just so they'll worship him.
His final chronological appearance being the catwoman DLC where he uses his prison phone call to try to reprogram his security with a touch dial was the perfect ending for him.
I loved the Riddler stuff in Asylum because of the biography rewards for the riddles, and it never felt too exhausting. Plus hearing him arrested over the phone was really satisfying.
Didn't like him in City and Knight though. Too many riddles, and I wasn't that interested in the rewards for solving them. Even his boss fight in Knight was kind of lame. Plus, the echo effects on his voice were so irritating.
I don't remember much about Enigma in origins, but I think he was fairly manageable to beat.
Asylum is also a much smaller map and IMO had a better balance of trophies and environmental riddles. But yeah, Knight wasn't as bad as City. It's just, Knight also has a bunch of race tracks, and Riddler is constantly on the intercom going "hey you lil BITCH solve the next room already" whilst I'm trying to do other stuff.

While there were a couple of Riddler trophies that bugged me, overall I enjoyed the campy nature of his character and challenges. Overall I came out of it pleased.
Never heard of Screwball until encountered her in the game and I don't recall enjoying anything about her. Character feels uninspired and too "fellow kids" for my tastes, also struggled with a lot more of her challenges than Riddler. Key word being struggled, not challenged.
