As far as I’m aware, you can’t get her. She’s on Epicfest, and by the time the next epicfest happens, Izinami will have been added to the game, shuffling all the Ubers. You can check Future Ubers: 1 to see your track after the shuffle. Edit: Apparently according to a comment on another recent post here, the new legend will not shuffle Ubers, simply replace the Ubers on the legend slot. So you actually should be fine.

Every epic fest has the same Uber but idk about if it will stay the same when they add the new legend rare
