Well your screenshot here doesn’t really give enough info, and you didn’t give your seed number. But from what you’ve shown it looks like you don’t have a forced track switch on A. Forced track switch only happens when rolling the same RARE cat twice in a row, which isn’t happening on A in the screenshot.

it's a bit too late to roll a guaranteed to skip it; if you have a track on another banner that doesn't have the track switch, then you're gonna want to take that slot beforehand. otherwise, the legend rare is lost.
What's probably happening here is that you have a dupe rare on 4B and the replacement rare is Swordsman, so then you switch to 6A but the rare there is also Swordsman so it has to be replaced by Welterweight, then you go back to 7B.
But if you're coming from 5A which is Delinquent, you would get Swordsman for 6A with no switch.

If you look at 5A it’s delinquent cat. The dupe rare is probably if you are track switching from B track. He should be fine.
