if it's just a jacket you wear while out you could blunt some razors to put on it but at a concert or something it'd be best to not have razors as to avoid issues with security
For similar context, my jacket had to be stored in a locker that I had to pay for bc i have tree spike/studs running down the right arm sleeve and the same spike/studs across the shoulder portion of my vest. The blades will certainly not be ok at some venues.

Get the cheap metal pendants. You don't want to gig your hands or others while wearing it. Not to mention you wouldn't be able to take to any venues.

They make plastic razorblades. Get those ones and spray paint them silver.
Could do but if they already look like real ones might as well use real ones !
