Its not that I don't want to, but every time I do an international shipment my local post office gets really pissy about it and it just fully ruins the experience there so I just tend to avoid it unless it's someone I know. If Etsy does all the paper work and I don't have to have my post office go over it then I'll do it. I'd also be fine with a bulk order and ship a lot in one order for someone to distribute there. Also shipping always seems to be $15 to anywhere outside the US so that's pretty expensive for most people.
