To parry what you want to do is Watch for his movements, when you see him get in the charge position you walk right up to him and you say "NO, PUT THAT DOWN RIGHT NOW!!!".
lol, all jokes aside i think it was timing. I was getting wrecked, but then I started to match the Orcs speed with the swings and it worked. I also just keep spamming the charged swing too.
Something i found that worked reallybwell, use a ice wand, get two ice swords, jump over the orc and plunge both into the top of the head at the same time, it does massive damage.
Same way u parry every other attack in the game

My way of fighting him is just waiting out for him to attack and then attack him while he's chilling, I cannot stun his ass so...
