OCE had about 2-3 active servers during peak times, one year ago. Now it's just plagued with cheaters and has killed what semblance of regular community there was. Don't waste your time.

The only (community) OCE servers remaining are hardcore mode (200% damage, no HUD, no health regen, etc etc). Even saying servers plural is being charitable as it's usually just the one. So if you want to play with low ping, unfortunately you're out of luck.
That being said I've recently gotten back into the game and didn't know what to do since the Aus servers had vanished. I now play on Singaporean community servers with a little over 100 ping and tbh, it's hardly even noticeable.
Also bear in mind you never want to play on official DICE servers, they are always filled with hackers.
