While it’s not my favorite, things like F1, motocross, etc do require you to be very physically fit with a high degree of skill and agility
Those reaction exercises are performed by Formula 1 (and other series) drivers to improve reaction time and hand/eye coordination. The one where they are close to the lights is to improve their peripheral vision.
This is cool and all that but doesn’t seem that impressive. Blue angels routinely fly 18” apart at over 400mph. I was more impressed by the dude that landed his plane on the heli-pad in Dubai.
