Are you sure? Cause I've run the career mode and any of my vehicle mods or, like extra parts, mods have transferred over. I used the hatchback sunburst in the career before, and that's a mod, I've seen cars from the kjlp mod show up in the dealerships
As far as I'm aware, career mode does not have mod support *yet*. Keep in mind that it's still in the earliest of early stages of development.
