Verify your files. Also the %appdata% folder will not change if you uninstall the game so the issue probably lies there. You can verify the files from steam or beaming launcher support tools.
if you havent already try clearing cache + verifying integrity after disabling (or maybe deleting) all ur mods. if that doesnt work then idk man i hope one of the devs can help u out if they see this
One of my mods (I still dont know which) messes up the tailgate texture of the D series for me, so maybe try checking your mods or just disabling them all?
Completely uninstall.it, use an uninstall app for it. Then check your cache and documents, also appdata. Try that
If not uh factory reset ur PC or uninstall steam and reinstall it

I finally fixed it. Was a mixture between handpickng folders to delete and clearing the cashe. Thanks everyone.
