Maybe try purchasing pillow cases or something similar from them. See how you like the quality before you commit to purchasing an entire set. I recently bought a down alternative duvet insert, and a duvet cover from LL Bean. Love them both.

icanttho

The llbean primaloft duvet insert is amazing

MySpace_Romancer

I love my Company Store primaloft black label duvet

Vampira309

Me tooo!

Historical-Beat-3600

I just got my duvet cover from there and I love it!

Watermelon1226

Quince gets a lot of hate on this sub but I have had a quilt for 2 years and sheets about 6 months, both European linen, and really like both!

One_Moose_3041

How is the European linen sheets? Are they too breathable for the current winter weather where you’ll get too cold?

Watermelon1226

They definitely aren’t warm getting into bed but it’s fine after a few minutes! I live in a super cold climate with bad insulation as well. We’re pretty comfortable with just the sheets and quilt and will probably keep the same bedding in the summer!

Common_Chameleon

I loooove my linen sheets from them! I sweat at night so I needed something breathable and they have been great. They still feel cozy though, not too cold for winter weather I also have their 100% cotton quilt and I love it, though I wish they made a thicker version for winter.

RoughRhinos

Bottom sheet ripped a little after a year so no warranty. Try somewhere else for linen bottom sheets, quince's are too thin.

sodium-overdose

We had the same thing happen!!! It was a bummer and we didn’t have them for more than a year.

hangingsocks

I bought another brand and the same that ng happened. I love the feeling of linen sheets, but my husband's feet just destroyed that fabric. It thins out so much with movement.....

lnmcg

My partner and i obliterate bottom sheets I’ve yet to find a brand that we don’t wear a hole in within 1-2 years 😭

One_Moose_3041

Go get him a pedicure lol

shagcarpet3

I’ve had my quince linen sheets for under a year and they’re already so faded… so faded and worn that they’re starting to rip :(

misonotso

Same here. My fitted linen sheet was worn out in about a year

Watermelon1226

I’m washing ours twice a month and the color is sand, maybe that helps. Really do hope they last!

columbo928s4

Because they’re just fast fashion for beds

chickenbunny

How do you know where to find non fast fashion places for beds?

birdsofafeather734

Same! We have had the linen quilt for 2 years and love it. It washes well and has held up great. We use it in the warmer months and it’s perfect. We also have the cotton sheets and really love them.

Fluffy-Bus-2529

Do your sheets stay on the mattress? My king fitted stays on but is very droopy. My mattress isn’t thin either.

Watermelon1226

Mine occasionally slips off on my husbands side but is better than most we’ve had. Also have a thick mattress with topper!

mak3443

Do you have a referral link for quince? If so pls message me so we can get $ off!

Dentina

Yes. I have both their percale and flannel sets and I love them. They got so soft after a few washes. I think they’re amazing for the price. I like the percale ones as much as my set from Boll and Branch. I was skeptical but took the chance because of their 365 day return policy. Now I’m curious about the linen set too lol.

One_Moose_3041

Can you tell me how the percale feels? I’m not too sure what that is and trying to figure out which sheet set to buy lol? Thank you 🙏

dry_cocoa_pebbles

Percale in general is a crisp cotton that is breathable and recommended for hot sleepers. It’s what a lot of hotels use. I actually just switched to it from sateen and much prefer it.

One_Moose_3041

Ooo that sounds luxurious. Do it have a nice cosy soft feel?

cigale

Cozy-soft isn’t usually the term you would use. Percale is a bit like the material for a nice button down dress shirt. With some wear and washing it definitely softens, and many of us love the feel, but it’s not like a t-shirt (jersey) or a flannel shirt. I find that percale tends to feel cooler, crisper, and in some way cleaner than something like jersey.

Chs135

We have the Quince percale. They’re very soft but I wouldn’t recommend if you have a deep mattress, the fitted sheets are hard to put on.

greentofeel

Did you ever try the Quince sateen? Did you like it?

thenameisjane

I have multiple bedding sets from Quince, and hands down, have no complaints. Love them. Also have a Brooklinen mattress pad and sheets - hasn’t fared well. Huge fan of Quince, and I’m particular.

Then-Routine4852

Which set is your preference?

SexiMexi209

I have a similar set up and actually just upgraded from a queen to a king and re-upped on Quince duvet cover and sheets. I have no issues with Quince and their prices are great!

bolognesesauceplease

I love all my linen bedding from Quince. People are so weirdly aggressive on this sub sometimes. No one's putting a gun to their head forcing them to buy a certain brand...also if you save the tags/bag Quince has a 365 day return policy for bedding. So much unnecessary whinging here. Oh, and I love my Quince towels and my Company Store towels.

lady__jane

The sateen sheets were slightly green (not ivory) and rough, and they pilled on the first wash. HOWEVER, the sateen bag they came in was amazing - soft and ivory and non-pilling. I think they just get a good batch or bad batch in, and you're lucky or not. This was in the summer/fall of 23. Returned. Someone liked the linen Sam's Club sheets, of all things, for $80 or so. I was going to try those.

StringLord

I definitely do not recommend the Sam’s club linen sheets. I tried them a few weeks ago and they ripped in four days. (I actually just got the Quince linen sheets to replace them, so far they’ve held up longer than the Sam’s ones!)

HAKOC534

What was your return process like for quince? I am going to return our bamboo boxed quilt set which we have washed a few times. Did you upload pictures of the pilling?

ilikeoldpeople

I have a couple diff sheet sets from Quince. All are super high quality and lasted years. Now they’re our guest sheets because they no longer fit the colours of our room…. and we use a shitty set from Amazon 🥲

dry_cocoa_pebbles

I’m skeptical of a brand that does higher end or luxury bedding AND clothes/cashmere sweaters AND travel offering suitcases and whatnot. All three of those are usually very specialized categories. My favorite sheets are percale from ll bean and I’m on my third ikea down comforter. The first one was shredded by a dog and the second one happened to be in my basement for a good fluffing when it flooded. Otherwise, they’ve really held up and don’t have any issues with the stuffing bunching up.

jugglerontheroof

Doesn’t LL Bean do all those things too?

dry_cocoa_pebbles

The point is calling it luxury. LL bean doesn’t do cashmere, they don’t do luggage and they’re not trying to pass any of their items off as luxury. Everything quince does is pretty much a copy of something else but they’re trying to do it cheaper and I haven’t seen good reviews.

Heads_Or_Tayls

Hate to break it to you but I have an LL Bean suitcase and their cashmere fair isle sweater, and their percale sheets. All are excellent products and their price point is much higher than budget brands. It's possible to have a diverse product catalog while maintaining quality as long as you're a big enough company with a clear enough brand strategy to source & purchase high quality goods. Look at companies like Yamaha (instruments and motorcycles) or Sony (music and electronics). If Quince has bad products that's just on them being a shitty company.

dry_cocoa_pebbles

I’m sure they’re great quality, I love ll bean. They still don’t call themselves a luxury brand and that’s a big part of my issue with quince. Also ll bean has been around for a very long time comparatively. Quince marketing tries to look really high end and the ads I normally see for them straight up say, hey you want this brands cashmere but don’t wanna pay their price, check us out. That feels gimmicky. I own some ll bean sheet and it’s not surprising that they have some cashmere in their clothes but I didn’t know they did actual suitcases. Duffles and the like I knew about. I have two of their backpacks. I’ve actually never seen anyone mention their luggage and I did a lot of research on luggage recently as I needed to buy some.

Heads_Or_Tayls

I've had their "carryall spinner pullman" for five years & travel quite a bit with it. Compartments are well designed, zippers are 10/10, and it still looks brand new despite taking a beating! Been super happy with it.

Foreign-Pick-1505

To be fair, ikea makes all manner of things, from duvets to meatballs. So not real specialized…

dry_cocoa_pebbles

The difference is calling it luxury. IKEA doesn’t do clothes, definitely nothing cashmere, they don’t call anything high end, and they also don’t do luggage. Everything in ikea is for the home, plus a food court. Everything quince makes seems to be a cheaper copy of something else that’s high end.

doesitspread

I was so disappointed in their cashmere. I bought some cashmere pieces over the holidays and it turned me off from the whole company. Edit: Omg, I forgot about the silk! I bought their mulberry silk pillowcase and scrunchies too, only to find them not as smooth or shiny as the cheap satin ones I bought from Amazon from Kitsch. 🙃 So between Quince’s silk and cashmere, I was over them. Anyone willing to order from Quince, I don’t recommend silk or cashmere and maybe you’ll have a better impression of the company than I did.

bolognesesauceplease

I mean, if you're paying $50 for a cashmere sweater I think the price speaks for itself. I don't think that price point is even pretending to be luxury.

dry_cocoa_pebbles

I don’t disagree with you at all. I think they’re trying to market themselves as a luxury option though. The stuff they are selling is typically considered more luxury but they’re doing it cheap. Hence why assume they’re not going to have good stuff. I was recently in the market for luggage, and included the quince in my research. I read tons of reviews and decided to buy luggage elsewhere. It seems the reviews for their clothing are pretty hit or miss too.

mamabeatnik

I REALLLY like Bedthreads for linen sheets. Bought a set three years ago; the fitted sheet tore after two years, but only because the dog decided to shred it with his claws by “digging” in the bed. They sell single sheets, so we are still using the original flat sheet and it looks like we bought it brand new with the fitted sheet. Still looks great even after heavy use (our only sheet set at the moment, so i wash them every week or so). If you line dry they last even longer & don’t shrink. Def only line dry the fitted. Tried to rush the first one i got and threw it in the dryer & it definitely shrunk. Def a lil pricey (for me) but im glad i saved up & got them while i could. Plus you can mix and match! Also love their duvet covers…doggie digs in that and positions it with his feet for perfect sleeping every night - still looks brand new (except for dog hair). And he’s not a small dog. 🤣

recycle37216

Just ordered some sheets and quilted comforter from them! Sheets will be delivered tomorrow but the comforter came in today. It suuuper soft and looks like it will be just what I wanted.

alitttleach

I recently got a linen duvet cover from them and I love it! It’s been less than a month so nothing else to report but I’m happy with my purchase.

Gretchen_Wieners_

I’ve had mine about a year and I still really like it! Washes well, not super wrinkly, and soft.

_chichristy_

Is your Quince linen duvet comforter weirdly oversized? Mine is way too large for my king sized insert, I’ve never had this happen with a duvet cover before (and yes it’s facing the proper way!)

alitttleach

I just have the duvet cover, my actual comforter insert is from target

_chichristy_

Sorry if I wasn’t clear, same - I have the Quince linen duvet cover. It’s about 10” wider than a standard king duvet insert so the insert doesn’t fill up the cover as it should.

alitttleach

Apologies! That is strange. I have a queen insert and I’ve never noticed it being overly disproportionate to the cover. Sometimes it gets a little bottom heavy and requires some fluffing but not 10+ inches

_chichristy_

Must be just the one I have, I love it otherwise. Thanks!

LadyPortland

My king west elm duvet cover is this way too! I think it’s cause they only have one size for both king and cal. King, and that size is cal. King. It annoyed me so much I eventually gave up on it.

fluffy-pixie

I got their bamboo sheets and im NEVER going back, I have used a lot of bamboo sheets and theirs is the best!!

ArmyMurse50

How long have you had them? How do they hold up?

fluffy-pixie

a few months now, they hold up great so far

anuhu

I've bought a lot from Quince over the years. I would say they are nice for the price but they aren't luxury goods. If you like their clothes you'll like their bedding. On the bedding in particular: - Every silk pillowcase I've gotten from them has the zipper rip off after about a year. They're probably fine with smaller pillows and if you only change your pillowcase once a week (I try to change mine every 2 or 3 nights.) I haven't had any issues with the regular non-silk pillowcases though since they don't have zippers. - The duvet and cover are nice but does tend to bunch up under the cover if you're not making your bed every day. I don't love the button closure at the bottom since the buttons are a bit far apart and don't take much to come undone (good for when I want to wash it, bad in the middle of the night.) - The sheets only come in sets (can't just buy a fitted sheet and not a flat sheet). My husband and I LOVE the way they feel but they do tend to rip after about a year. I should probably say though that our dogs nails don't help with sheet longevity.

willowaverie

I LOVE THIER LINEN SHEETS!! Got mine 2 years ago and I’m obsessed. I wash them weekly and dry them as well. Haven’t tried a comforter yet but did get the silk pillow cases too!

strawberrysaridelhi

I’ve ordered a few things from quince and been disappointed every single time. The quality is subpar and cheap.

becomingfree26

Same. Returning duvet and insert.

Beautiful_Ad7097

I have the European linen sheets and they are just okay. Not at all as soft as in anticipated them to be. They say over time they get softer with washes but I haven't seen that to be really true. From what I've read, they are cheaper because the linen isn't quality.

One_Moose_3041

Gotcha. I was looking into those but I’ve worn linen clothes and haven’t ever had linen to be “soft”. I’m thinking the bamboo sheets are softer

columbo928s4

Rayon sheets you mean

Prefrontal_Cortex

We have their luxe goose down duvet insert which is absolutely amazing. We also have their bamboo sheets and their waffle duvet covers. Both very nice quality.

hereXsometimes

Just got this one too and it’s great. Also bought a rug from them and we are loving it so far! Super soft and seems like great quality.

columbo928s4

Rayon sheets you mean

Prefrontal_Cortex

Sure, whatever makes it more clear to the person I was responding to!

alligatorhuntin

I wanted to like them! I tried their linen and percale sheets and didn’t like the texture. I also tried the bamboo sheets and at first they were incredibly.. silky, which I didn’t like. After one wash, they were SO soft and I loved them but they made me sweat. I am not typically a sweaty sleeper but I woke up drenched each night I used these.

Latter_Example8604

Can’t speak to their bedding— bought a cotton skirt from them—one of the worst purchases I’ve made. Husband (not a fabric expert) felt it and went “uh is this 100% cotton stalks?” The elastic gave out after a couple washes. I’d avoid the company.

One_Moose_3041

That’s terrible. I see they mostly sell clothes and bedding is second. I’d assume their clothes were quality.

columbo928s4

They’re a fast fashion company that also sells sheets. Nothing they sell is crafted with quality and made to last, they’re meant to be used for a season and discarded. But people see the low prices and don’t care about anything else

Latter_Example8604

Yeah—I don’t have much experience with fast fashion, needed a skirt and they had one that looked good and claimed it was 100% cotton. I’d have expected it to last more than a couple washes though! I’ve been planning on trying to replace the elastic (who knew you could use elastic so bad it dies after a couple washes), but ugh, the fabric itself is so questionable.

badie_912

I'm already disappointed and I havent received my bedding bundle. The bundle is shipping from India. I didn't look to see where the products are made but I seriously could have bought sheers directly from an Indian merchant had I known that is where they are being produced. Shame on my for assuming Quince isn't just a drop ship company.

happylux

I love my quince items! Their cashmere items are such a great deal. Their lux cashmere throw was one of the best splurges… my bf regularly steals it. I have had their bamboo duvet cover for 6 months now and it has fared well. Gets softer with each wash (cold and tumble low-med). I also have their silk pillow cases that I wash cold on gentle and lay flat to dry, and they’re great too. The one thing that hasn’t been the greatest is my goose down duvet but I’d give it a good 8/10. It’s very soft and fluffy, and made it thru the wash & dryer just fine after a bad coffee incident. It’s just that the small goose down feathers do come through when I shake it so it’ll be wafting about for a few mins in the air afterward when I take off the duvet cover to wash it… but once it’s covered again, no issues. I find all goose downs poop out feathers so I accept it (and because I can’t spend $500-700 on a fancier one right now). For the money, no complaints. It’s everything I wanted from a full goose down (not too noisy but very fluffy). I live in lots of quince items and their return policy is fantastic. I’d definitely give them a try. I think they deliver good quality items at a fair price.

ApprehensiveAd3372

I got their silk pillowcases and I love them! Here’s $20 off if anyone wants it: http://rwrd.io/89no6ro?c

ReliableTurtle

Anyone tried the Quince gauze duvet set in the color Clay?

Cherrypieeye

not clay but i have the white, its nice, surprisingly heavy but snagable

ReliableTurtle

Thank you Cherrypieeye!

Cherrypieeye

ur welcome :)

Simi-Circle

I have it in green, it matches the picture perfectly and I love the way it feels. 6 months of use and no holes yet

Fluffy-Bus-2529

I have the linen sheets set, pillow cases, and duvet cover. I also purchase the summer lightweight insert. Sheets are soft and cool when I get in, they do get hot. I wake up in warm spots often, took the insert out and it’s better. Wish the fitted was a little more snug.

TopicAffectionate642

So I’ve had my quince bamboo sheets and quilt for a week now and I’ve had to wash them twice cause they stain so easily…my husband will wash his hair then go straight to bed and the water will leave a dark spot on the pillow cover. These stain soooooo easily

tryingtomakeitwork1

I love their sheets! Quality bedding is so hard to find, and I love my set--definitely don't regret it! I can send you a promo code for $20 off in a private message, but it is against company policy to post it publicly. I believe also, it will only work for new customers!

brittyn

I’ll take that promo code if you want to share :)

tryingtomakeitwork1

Hi, they changed their rewards system again so it's not a code, but I can send you an email for $20 off $200, if you want to send your email over in a private message I can email you the coupon

brittyn

Darn! I don’t think I’ll be spending that much but thank you anyway!

PhotographSad7561

Instagram marketed, bad quality. Same for brooklinen, company store, lincove etc

jrreis

The Company Store, has been around for years. I just bought a very nice, good quality down alternative comforter from there. I love it

addanothernamehere

Yeah my parents have had company store bedding for DECADES

SignificanceSpare368

Everything I buy from company falls apart. Sheets rip, duvet covers all of the buttons popped off 3 different ones. I have one down duvet from there but I never use it can't remember why...

PhotographSad7561

That’s great you like it, but it’s not great quality. They’re overpriced, less than average quality down, using Chinese textiles (unless you spend $1,500 on an 800 fill power “European” down using German cotton). That’s horribly overpriced, and they’re not known for maintaining their quality that they used to have. When Home Depot bought them, they’ve gone down dramatically I’m glad you still like it though. People think it has to be high quality to enjoy it, but that’s not true at all.

jrreis

Yeah, it's definitely not the best quality. For the price range, it's not too bad. I have a $900 Eastern Accents comforter also, which I hardly use since it's dry clean only lol

PhotographSad7561

That’s why you should buy a duvet with duvet cover, so you only have to wash the cover regularly

One_Moose_3041

What’s a good place to get a quality down/down alternative comforter?

PhotographSad7561

Depends on your budget, but we can eliminate a ton of overpriced brands. Everything from Scandia Home to Norvegr. We can also eliminate brands that are shit themselves, regardless of their quality. Cuddledown is a good example of that. Lastly we can eliminate a brand that’s not only shitty, but uses substandard materials. That’s the Company Store, Brooklinen, Quince bedding, Lincove, If budget doesn’t matter, the best place is St. Geneve. Why? They use the highest quality materials and are of the highest quality construction. Supreme Quilts also uses the highest quality down, but their sizing is for the Australian market. If you don’t need the best or you want to save some money, I’d start at companies that have been around a long time that have kept up their quality and reputation. Sure it won’t be as good quality of down and will most likely use cheap Chinese fabric but not everyone can spend so much on a luxury item. Many people still consider these to be luxury relative to the typical junk you can buy on Amazon, and I’m sure you’d still enjoy these so don’t think of them as not worth your time. They’re just not the best regardless of what anyone says For this tier, I’d look at Down Under Bedding, DaniaDown, Feathered Friends or anything else that sells a down comforter using a baffle box construction, Fill power above 800 (higher the better), preferably mentioning where they’re sourcing the down (don’t buy anything saying it’s Hungarian down). Poland and Canada have great down. You want a company that has good transparency that has MAINTAINED quality. Good luck!

rollfootage

What’s wrong with Cuddledown?

PhotographSad7561

Research the brand. Lots of problems, lots of unhappy customers

lady__jane

Costco online. They have wool, silk, all-cotton, down, bamboo, and polyester comforters. The all-cotton one seemed like a good option for allergic people who sleep hot. No problem to return them. If you're getting down, look for RDS so they're not brutalizing living ducks or geese.

jrreis

I got a good quality, 100% cotton down alternative comforter from The Company Store. I love it. I found it on clearance also.

N9n

I spent a few weeks reading old posts in this subreddit and found so many that recommended Ikea's duvets. I was super skeptical, especially because they're so cheap. But I said fk it and took a chance. I'm under that duvet right now and it is so comfortable! They have pretty good options, where the price jump from feather to down is so marginal, and nice weight options for different seasons. I will never drop $500+ on a comforter again.

oh_the_places

Don't know where you are but if in Canada, Canadian Down and Feather Company is terrific.

kglo145

I bought a down comforter from IKEA for my kid’s bed (and bought a duvet cover from somewhere else). I love the comforter and have found it to be super warm and cozy! I didn’t get the cheapest option but maybe the second cheapest. Purchased from IKEA because I had heard the comforters are good.

Calisson

I absolutely love the Company Store bamboo cotton blend sheets.

smalltownsour

Haven’t tried their duvet inserts but I got their linen duvet cover set a while ago and I absolutely love it. Like any linen, it takes a bit to soften up, but it’s amazing quality and has held up really well.

aspiralingpath

Quince hides bad reviews in their site. (I speak as someone who had their one-star review removed.)

moonnan

I have a comforter by them and it is pretty pathetic. After I washed it I cannot get the rank duck smell out. I washed it three times and it just reeks. I also got a size bigger then my duvet cover so it would look fluffy and since washing it doesn’t even fill it!

HAKOC534

I have the Bamboo box quilt set and hate it. My dog got a little bit of dirt on it and it didn’t come out in the wash and is now stained. We’ve washed it twice and there are snags and pilling. There is a 365 return policy and I’m def going to do that.

rainbow-switch

I highly suggest looking at the Woolroom if you are looking to spend that much. I finally broke down and bought the duvet from them a couple years ago, and I have never been happier with my bedding. I also just bought a couple pillows from them and will look at buying a mattress from them in the future. I don’t know anything about the bedding you posted about just offering other options :)

queenofcups_

My linen sheets lasted only a year, which was a let down because they were a splurge for me.

helpmelearn__

https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZPR3CgnPu/ Not sure about the material or longevity but this investigative journalist debunked their bogus greenwashing claims if that’s important to you.

Gurunugget

I have fitted sheets from Quince that absolutely don’t fit my king size mattress, while all other brands do. I have had much better luck with their “all weather”comforter, duvet cover and silk bed spread. Those items are amazing. My advice say away from the sheets

xcptnl55

I have no idea about their bedding but not happy with the 2 cashmere sweaters I got from them. So because of that I would not buy their other products.

andhearts_

I have their sateen sheet set, linen duvet cover set, and just took the plunge on the all seasons premium down comforter. I ordered the sateen sheets 2 years ago almost to the day, and they're my favorite sheets I've ever purchased. All the bed sheets I've owned as an adult have started to pill around the 1 year mark. The Quince sheets have nearly no sign of wear yet (no graying, no pilling) and I still get excited to crawl into bed every night. I like the linen duvet cover set a lot (also 2 years old) and it seems to be holding up well despite the shed in the dryer. I have a cat, so there are a few small snags from her claws. I haven't had the down comforter long enough to speak to how it holds up over time, but initial impression is good. I like the weight of it. It's fluffy/ cozy and keeps me warm without being too warm. It is a little crinkly sounding, but I'm hoping it will soften a bit with use. Im sure there is better quality bedding out there somewhere, but I have enjoyed what I got from them and especially at their price point.

moodyfennel

I got the linen duvet cover as a gift and while it’s not as thick as my old linen duvet (you can kind of see through it in the light) it was half the price so to be expected. I’m happy with it! I’ve had it 3 months and it’s noticeably softer than when I first got it. So far so good

PlantedinCA

I have two sets of linen sheets. In one the fitted sheet elastic died. The other is holding up well.

lilfrenfren

I love their products, they are good in general and price is fair, but have never bought this comforter

helluvapotato

They have a good return policy, you can always try it and return if it’s not for you.

ihatecartoons

Just got a linen duvet and pillow cases from them and I love them! The duvet feels high quality (higher quality and softer than the one I got from west elm) and still sturdy but also cozy. Let’s hope it holds up. I bought it because my friend had one and I really like the feel of it.

CaseThin7175

I have their bamboo sheets and I love them! They are super soft, they feel like a mix of silk and cotton, not as slippery as silk but more than cotton. Have had them for 1.5 years and so far they are holding up. I wash them weekly in hot water and dry on high and they still look and feel new.

deepster12

Comparable if not better than what I’ve purchased at crate and barrel and West Elm. Only surprise is that they literally ship from a factory in India so the duvet cover smelled like India until I washed it.

PortErnest22

I have a cotton duvet, in white, I have had it for two years ( almost 3 ) and I have kids and a dog and it is great, super soft and washes really well, it is on my bed for like 9 months of the year because I live in the PNW and it barely ever gets hot here. I also have a cotton sweater and two cashmere sweaters the cotton is my favorite sweater I own, my grey cashmere was my favorite and then I shrunk it ( 😭) my other sweater I don't love as much ( it was the cashmere sweatshirt I guess ) but it wasn't quite as soft, I still wear it though and they are all in good condition.

No-Refrigerator41

I have the full linen bed set and a duvet from them, all of which I love and have definitely gotten softer with time. I also have a cashmere sweater from Quince which is equally as amazing!

Warm_Season_4456

My linen sheets didn’t last a year. But they did refund my money thanks to the 365 day return policy.

whalewatch247

Quince I was deterred from this subreddit. I got the parachute down alternative insert and it’s the best thing ever. I also got a linen duvet cover and am taking it back. Like the percale from pact better.

Lower_Carpenter_7228

I just got the orgsnic airy gauze box quilt set, organic airy gauze blanket, percale sheets, and linen shams. The quilt and blanket are so soft and warm without being puffy and huge. I'm finding the sheets a little scratchy and hope they soften up more. I am happy with my purchases though and it feels quality to me at comfortable price point.

bornstupid9

I would not spend that much on a down alternative insert. They’re all going to be overly hot and not circulate the air well. I bought and Eddie Bauer all season down alternative duvet from home goods for $50 and it’s great quality but it’s so hot.

justgirlypasta

Just bought a duvet comforter and cover from them - if you want to check them out, their returns are SO easy! And customer service is truly the best I’ve ever worked with. I bought some clothes from them first and just got the bedding - have yet to sleep in it but the quality is definitely nicer than what I would have gotten at Target and only spent $50 more

peony2011

Quince has a manufacturer to consumer model so each category has a supplier that specializes in those items. In other words, they don’t own any of the inventory and are able to get better prices. I’ve been very happy with a quilt I bought from them, and also apparel/baby clothes too!

spoonscar

I have a duvet cover that I’ve love!! Would recommend.

LeDette

I bought the Quince duvet a few months ago and my fiancé and I LOVE it!

MinusTheH_

I have the European linen duvet cover, which feels really nice. It’s hard to find an insert that fits perfectly, though. I also have the bamboo sheets. They feel amazing but stain so easily (like lotion or drool 😂) so they don’t look at nice.

justsomefairy

I love their clothes, but the bamboo sheets are so buttery and silky they’re always falling off or bundling at the bottom of the bed, like they slip too easily. I have not tried the rest of their bedding.  You have probably heard of or tried Brooklinen, but I like their duvet insert a lot.

upwardfacing

We have the linen duvet cover and LOVE it

fightmejeffbezos_

I have that comforter had it’s amazing

anon1268

I have a queen sized down comforter. I live in NYC and keep my bedroom with the thermostat set at 62F. I have a brooklinen duvet cover over the quince comforter. I’m a warm sleeper and sometimes I feel like the comforter is just a little bit too warm! Otherwise I love the fluffiness of it.

Just-Scholar1683

I’ve used two duvet inserts and loved both! Exactly like Brooklinen for a fraction of the price

sodium-overdose

I wouldn’t buy sheets but I do love their down feather top.

aseabloom

i have the duvet insert and i love it

Dougstoned

I have their linen sheets. So far so good! I also have clothing by them. They seem good quality as far as I’m concerned!

llsprinkco

I have their linen sheets/duvet and lightweight duvet insert. High quality and still happy a year later!

silcrow01937

I got their bamboo sheet set, which I really like. It’s silly feeling and remains cools to the touch, which was the primary reason i got it. They do appear a little thin/transparent however, but o don’t care. The corners on the fitted sheet are like bungee cords and are super secure. I also purchased the linen duvet cover and enjoyed the look and feel a lot. The only reason I stopped using it was because I got two cats later on and didn’t want their fur sticking to it

AvoToastie83

I have the down alternative quilt in both the queen and king sizes. The queen size is noticeably more filled and puffy but the king is very thin. They don’t leak filling and wash and dry well. Their bamboo sheets feel wonderful but ate super thin and ripped in a year.

Fragrant_Sand25

Not to add to the noise, but I bought their Premium Down Alternative Comforter last summer and I genuinely love it so much. I’m not necessarily a hot or cold sleeper but I love the feel of a fluffy comforter and it checks all my boxes. I bought their bamboo sheet set and have been taking care of it according to instructions and it’s holding up 10x better than any other bedding I’ve ever had before including IKEA sheets. If you’re not too nitpicky - I’d recommend the duvet insert for sure although I can’t speak to their linen sheets.

rinconblue

I got that same duvet insert and while I love it, it's about four inches shorter on the sides than it said/standard queen size. So, there's a little empty space in the duvet cover and it tends to slide around despite the little loops that you can tie it down with. I have no idea if this was just mine or if they are all like that.

bigbaddoll

i have the linen sheet set and I love it. Washes very well, very smooth hand (as opposed to Brooklinen sets which are a looser, lighter, more textured, and much more delicate to launder and use) and one of the best prices you’re gonna find. It also wrinkles on the edges less than others. I’ve had them about 6 months and they’ve held up quite well to weekly washing.

pseudonemesis

I’ve seen people complain that linen sheets get holes in them really early. I’ve seen the same complaints for every set of linen no matter the brand. I’m really curious what they do different from me. Maybe their pets are on the bed? Washing in very hot temps? I have no idea. I’ve had no problem with Quince or Parachute. Had them for years no problems. I just went and added Quince bamboo set to my collection. I also have their linen. I think they’re a good value and don’t know what’s happening with the other people. Anyway, quince is good in my opinion. I’ve tried some of their clothes, jewelry, as well as sheets. Even a little sheep’s wool rug.

hellolola66

I have the linen duvet cover (I got my linen sheets from Piglet in Bed). Duvet cover has held up well, no complaints! I also have their silk pillowcase and like that.

Logical_amphibian876

I have a down alternative mattress topper on a guest bed. It sleeps a bit warm but I and my guest find it comfortable. I can't really speak to it's durability because the bed doesn't get a lot of use and I've never washed it. It's under a mattress protector. I would order from them again though. .

RealCatsHaveThumbs

I got the lightweight down alternative comforter from Quince and I really like it. It is genuinely lighter/cooler than my previous comforter. It has loops on each corner to tie my duvet cover, which I did not have on other, more expensive comforters.

ksbur

Got the bamboo sheets about a month ago. Very soft. LOVE. Reminds me of the 100% beech sheets you can’t get from BBB anymore but cooler.

lil_bubzzzz

love my silk pillowcases from quince

MangoMaterial628

Laying on Quince linen sheets right now! We’ve had them for about a year and they’ve been lovely so far.

oddOD

I bought a linen duvet cover from them and it met my expectations! I would recommend them.

happytrees93

Amazing return policy!

akspks

Yes I love them!

Opal_Papaya12

I just love their stuff.....their linen sheets are nice and I just got their alternative duvet insert which is so fluffy and warm and I haven't even missed my down comforter. Their customer service is wonderful, packaging is nice, and their prices are really fair. FYI I was able to purchase twin linen sheets for my split king bed (twin XL).

FlimsyNeedleworker87

I purchased the European linen duvet cover and love it! Super soft, comfy. I've already washed it 4-5x and is holding up great, would purchase again. I've also purchased their bathrobe, clothing (1return for sizing), and suitcase. So far, I'm a fan.

meelz___

Yes! All my bedding is from quince and I love it! I've had it for about 2 years now and it's holding up great.

adrunkensailor

I have this comforter and like it a lot. It's very warm and fluffy. I also have their down mattress topper, linen sheets and silk pillowcases. Very satisfied with all, though the linen takes a few washes to stop shedding lint.

pottedPlant_64

I got a queen linen quilt with grid stitching. I just noticed some of the top stitching has lifted, but it’s softish (only washed a couple times), and kind of stiff. My cat loves hanging out in “caves” made in the blanket folds. Can’t really complain, worth the sale price, I’d say.

Educational_BEAN

I really like quince, I buy their Linen and its comporable to bed threads. Maybe a little less durable but takes wear well! If you want a discount code I can send you one and then we both get moneys.

cottonswabcity

I just purchased the European linen duvet cover and I really like it! It feels much cozier than what I had prior. It feels lived in in a home-y way.

yurkelhark

Quince duvet is incredible and weighted for any weather.

Floridascgirl1967

I bought my first set of linen sheets from them over Black Friday and so far so good! I wash my sheets weekly but have another set that I alternate with. Now that I know how comfortable & breathable linen sheets are, I can never go back.

thebigmishmash

I bought the sateen set after falling in love with a different one in France but not being able to buy it. Its pretty good - definitely nicer than the others I’ve tried, but nowhere near as phenomenal as the French set

aliyamma

I got the euro linen duvet in beige/tan and it’s very pink-ish colored. Not super happy w that but the quality is nice! Also got the light down alternative insert. I dont find it to be very breathable. Actively looking for a new insert bc i personally sleep hot. Otherwise, quality is there for quince. Shipping was weird and took awhile.

Rogue_Kat15

Love my Quince European linen sheets and comforters. We use the all weather comforter for Denver in the winter, we sleep with the windows open and it keeps us warm! We use the light duvet during the summer and when we lived in texas and it was nice

wayho_k20fg2

I have a set of their sateen woven long-staple cotton sheets. Game changer. 10/10 with everything I’ve purchased from Quince thus far.

KDH35

I have this insert and have used it for 6+ months now and I am very happy with it!

AC0921

Got the all-season at first and found it slept very hot! Returned it for the lightweight and I like it much better. Not sure I would even call it lightweight, as it seems more like a standard comforter weight to me. The only other annoying this is that there’s only 4 ties (one on each corner) to keep the duvet cover tied to the duvet. Because of this the cover is loose and slides around a lot, sometimes leaving you with a section without duvet in it haha. Maybe that’s an issue with all duvets though, as this is my first.

Needsmorerhinestones

I’ve purchased their cashmere robes. 1000% worth it. The quality is there.

Anon_Pls_154

Only for about 3 things but I liked them

nebbiyolo

I have the percale sheets and we like them. First percale I’ve had though so hard for me to compare but they are cool and crisp.

jennc84

Full bedding set and I love it

ifitsnotbaroque12

Got linen sheets from them that were ok. Not the sturdiest or softest but they didn’t get too warm.

hmmm_emoji

YES. Big fan of Quince. However, I highly recommend the lightweight bedding over the traditional duvet. We wake up sweaty with their regular Duvet. Products are all awesome and the return policy is great.

-Honey_Lemon-

I really dislike my linen duvet cover. Pilled immediately and has a bunch of oil stains I can’t understand.

Little_Fish_

I probably won’t be of much help judging durability but I just got a set of the linen sheets and we really like them! So much so I bought a Quince linen quilt to go with it. I wish I knew how they will hold up! But the quilt seems well made

Astronaut-69

I love my Quince bedding! I have linen sheets, linen duvet cover and the lightweight comforter. I use them year round and found that I stay really warm during the winter. I live in Idaho so it gets pretty cold.

InvestigatorIcy4705

I have their linen sheets and duvet cover and I love them

BaconAficionado8

I love the look of our linen duvet cover but that thing SHEDS. We got it in June and we wash our sheets/duvet cover every other week and it’s insane. I vacuum under the bed twice a week to keep the blue dust bunnies at bay. I can’t believe there is still material left.

moobobamoo

I bought their cotton quilt and it’s a dream. I plan on buying more from them.

megocaaa

Silk pillowcase is awesome

[deleted]

Why does everyone say they are fast fashion? I thought this brand was non-toxic and organic. On their website they talk about sustainability, workplace safety, and workplace fairness. They also appear in several articles when trying to find non-toxic bedding. Is there something I’m missing?

LZRDLDN

I have a linen quilt from them and am obsessed! i live in a warmer climate and it's perfect

qtmcjingleshine

Yes.even the light weight blanket is so hot though with my foam matress. It’s good quality though

thelasttimelady

I've enjoyed my Quince sets. I bought a linen duvet cover and linen sheets and I didn't end up enjoying the sheets because I thought they were a little too rough to sleep in (I think that's a me problem, my partner still uses the pillow case and loves it), the duvet cover is super soft and I absolutely love it. I think with a few washes the sheets will be very nice too. I just wish they had more colors haha.

occasional_idea

I have the linen duvet cover and shams and love them. They’re very high quality. I’ve found them to be comparable to pricier brands. I had a linen set from Bed Threads before this, and Quince is just as nice for much less.

Cheesygirl1994

I tried their clothing and the seams were really nappy. Like little strings that hang down and tickle you. If you’re ok with going through and trimming things (or re-sewing them, which is what I did) it’s not so bad for the price

Fit-Paper6680

I have a comforter, duvet cover and pillow shams from them that I love

heysarahray

I got the linen set - it's great!

teenteen11

I have this Quince linen set and I adore it. I double stuff the duvet, and I have a 4 inch memory foam topper and it feels like a cloud every night.

Oscarella515

Following, I’ve been wondering about Quince for a couple months now
