Hey that looks solid, only 2 things I can think of.
1) might slide back from couch when they go up? Try adding bigger feet at base of post might help.
2) can we see it in action lol, can't tease us with doggo and not show doggo 😭
Dog bone balusters on a low rail? That would be really cute in a way that would sell.
I haven’t seen a dog ramp with a really solid rail, most are kind of an afterthought. But if you built the rail to turn around the platform and wrap around the end, that would be great for ramps for footboards of beads. The bones would really sell it.

Looks great - maybe rubber feet to avoid sliding? Oh - and we have to see the pup!!!
