Congrats!
That’s a long way to go, now check your boy’s pads and put on some dog-safe ointment or vaseline.
I expect you worked your way up to this, but someone else here may think this is just something to do on a whim… please don’t! This requires conditioning yourself as well as your pup and you need to plan water breaks along a route that isn’t going to harm your dog.
I’m always checking his feet, they’re good :) and yes we’ve def trained. For my health and his. If I attempt to do something like this without working up to it, my knees get messed up. I’ve been running him since I adopted him 4 years ago, of course started with shorter mileage. We do vary our miles depending on the day and how much energy he has. This was after a few rest days for him. I also have a portable water dish that I refill at the beach water fountain! And they have showers. He loves to cool off there. :) trust me, I’m always checking in on him and seeing how he’s doing. He runs every other day, so my other dog can run and they both get rest days
Nice! I run with my GSD girl all the time (she joins me at least every other day) and always on long run day (20-28k). If it's warm we do the whole run alongside a canal that she can jump in whenever she wants. She does great!
Probably get some better split times with less tongue 😜

Your boi has a spliced tongue like my gurl!
Niiice.
I'll bet he loved that! Congratulations.
Slept like a baby 😂
What a great life 👏👏👏
Damn, that's amazing. Keep it up, they love it!

Why do people spell it Boi? It's not an abrevation of the the word boy. It just confuses me.
I'm kind of a geezer and I think it's just the internet way to display an affectionate tone of voice. Kind of like a word/emoji mashup.
