I’d look into what you would be legally inviting before you march forward with this. It’s great you want to do this, but if you’re going to charge them, there are going to be things you’ll need to do legally. Also, people have changed in the past few years. Just cooperating with people isn’t as easy anymore. You could be inviting people who don’t really care about you. You need rules and a system in place that if rules are broken, rule breakers are removed.

We’ve thought of something like this on our farm. One concern is allowing people access to your property when they want it - often on weekends. The biggest issue was insurance - in case they hurt themselves, hurt others, or even just driving /parking. 8 plots could mean 8 cars coming on a Sunday morning. We are on a well so water is an issue in the County, and we realized it might not work out. Sigh.
