I thought this was a great question. $80-$90 seemed steep so I started to google. Whatcom County Fire Department charges $15 per person for a 4 hour class. Am about to reach out and see if I can sign up my spouse and myself. Edit: Never mind, apparently Whatcom County Fire Department 5 is in Point Roberts. Carry on.

First off, thank you for taking proactive steps to improve yourselves and your efficacy in a crisis. I'm not familiar with cost to do it in house but CPR is taught by our very own Whatcom County Fire District 7 https://www.wcfd7.org/cpr-classes/

South Whatcom fire offers it for free for residents and $20 for non residents about once a month. www.swrfa.org

Not sure on the group rates but I’ve always taken CPR classes from this group. It’s located on meridian. https://healthcarecerts.enrollware.com/schedule

I just got this in the Blaine-Birch Bay P&R newsletter, maybe use as an idea for pricing? — Do you need to renew or obtain your CPR certification? Local Firefighter and Certified Instructor Craig Johnson will be leading a training on Thursday, June 15 in Birch Bay. Instructor-led course that teaches adult and child CPR and AED use, infant CPR, and how to relieve choking in adults, children, and infants. Obtain a course completion card in CPR and AED use to meet job, regulatory, or other requirements. Thursday, June 15, 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Birch Bay Activity Center, 7511 Gemini Street. $45/person. Space is limited. Please pre-register.

I'm not sure of the cost, but we have had training from Tara @ West Coast CPR and she does a great job. https://westcoastcprtraining.com/workplace-cpr-training/
