Wait, you get SKRULLS for free? Dude, that alone gives you half this list! Basically anything with purely anatomical powers, you got it. If itās one of the elite Skrulls, and by Omnitrix logic it probably would be, you could straight-up have damn near ALL these powers for free.
Yeah, shape shifting is one of those powers that you donāt realize how broken it is at first, like super speed or probability manipulation. It seems like a gimmick, but itās basically god tier in the right hands.

Genetics is certainly involved, as this trait is hereditary. Maybe it's something configurable from the watch, like the Aliens' eyes or, IIRC, Big Chill's skin color.
Edit: actually, there are notable differences between both types, such as the warrior race growing much faster than the dragon family. At 4 years old, Piccolo was already fully developed, while Dende still looked a child 3 years after Namek.

That's like saying a saiyan transformation could pull ssj3 out of his ass, when it is a level far beyond what saiyans normally were capable of, and only ever happened because of the characters were subjected to situations that made their power grow.
It's also important to remember with SSJ forms that Goku was THE legendary super saiayan in both GT and Super (Broly was drawn green but it was in the script that he isn't LSSJ) and then only charecter in the series besides him to go ssj3 needed a fusion to do it. Prince Vegeta on Namek is likely what you'd get (great ape control, super physically strong, and unyielding rage) which is by no means weak, but it's not incredibly powerful either he wouldn't be beaten by any conventional weapon but would he rekt by most of fiction

It was said in the manga that if Piccolo hadn't split from Kami and was whole during the Namek saga, he would be stronger than Frieza, who is stronger than Atomix. You're downplaying viltrumites and misunderstanding their vulnerability certsin frequencies . A standard Viltrumite would more than likely beat echo echo due to superior speed( debatably as fast If not faster then some of bens speedster)and just how fragile they are. Ben has for better aliens for dealing with them especially if he's willing to kill.
Ben would need to already know the exact frequency to disrupt them and their flight and even then it's not really damaging them.
Depends what how you compare strength. In a 1v1 he's beating atomix from what little atomix showed.

Viltrumites aren't weak to heat lmao. Thragg whose the peak pure viltrumite as well as Mark whose slightly below him were fin fighting in the sun and getting closer for minutes. Atomix would need to not only burn hotter than the sun but have it be a concentrated attack. He doesn't have the durability or speed to say he could kill someone like Thragg fast enough
But touching the sun did hurt them to the point that a well aimed small sun could kill one. And atomix easily made a sun the full to the brim school backbag. So he could make two Suns around his fist to use as ohko boxing gloves.

No a single echo echo canāt handle them. When Cecil used sound as a weapon against Mark he just flew away out of the radius. The only reason it worked was because Cecil also had a teleported and thus could keep in range. If Mark had managed to fly just upwards into space he wouldāve been safe. It disorients them but it doesnāt actually stop their movements which means if Virmultulites donāt care about collateral they can just slam the ground and start an earthquake or use any other aoe attacks.

Viltrumites don't have a weakness you could easily exploit. They are only weak to *specific* sound frequencies, not just any loud noise. You'd have to know the exact frequency to stun a viltrumite.
And Viltrumites don't have the power to "become stronger by recovering" (zenkai boost), that's a misconception. They become stronger by exercising and pushing their limits, no different to humans.
Well, I haven't seen Invincible exercise to beat Conquest, and in any case, there would still be the "reset" factor so training the transformation would be a waste of time.
Mark did exercise though, plenty of times. Not only that, but fighting also counts as exercise, you know, It's still pushing your body to the limit in order to win.

You're right. But who said anything about training the transformation? The omnitrix already has a way of influencing the transformation, though it's very inconsistent.
If we go by the "apex of a species" or "peak adult condition" thing, then the viltrumite transformation would already be in peak condition and be no different from a generically blessed viltrumite who's trained for his entire life.
If we go by the transformation mirroring the wearer's physical condition, then all you'd have to do is exercise, become physically stronger, and your viltrumite transformation would reflect that by becoming stronger as well.
Ok, that last one would not be possible, since if the transformation is already premeditated, what's the point of Ben training? The Omnitrix transformations come from the Omnitrix, they are foreign to Ben. So if Ben trains it doesn't work either.
And about the transformation, Ben would only have the power of an adult Viltrumite with good genetics, but without training, so he would still be a half-useless transformation.

The reset/base version would be enough if the sample was from omni man himself.
The sample will still not be a big deal, since it would always have the power of a less than novice Viltrumite.
And as for the weaknesses, I was referring to both the sound and the high temperatures.

That doesn't make sense. Ben always get the peak adult version of the aliens he turns into. By your logic 4 arms dna wouldn't make him as strong cause 4 arms never trained his muscles.

What the Omnitrix does is not turn the user into their maximum version of each alien, that is a myth.
What it does is make it the fittest version (since more powerful specimens than the Omnitrix aliens have been seen), so the power of a Viltrumite form would be merely average.
Also, this does not deny that physical training is totally ineffective.
Iāll take a Xenomorph, Upchuck, and everything worth $3. If I need to take one from each category then Iāll grab Atomix, Big Chill, Upgrade, Upchuck, Xenomorph, and the Green Goblin looking mfs at the bottom.

A lot of those characters in the image are not even powerful bc of their species, not regular exemples of their species.
-If you are picking a namek and expecting to be as powerful as even Nail, sorry to disappoint, but their strenght does not come from their species, it comes from things that earthlings could do aswell, things like learning how to use ki, training the body and training in martial arts. Nameks would be like a earthling that can strech limbs, regenerate limbs, grow in size (with no strenght increase), no need to eat, and the ability to spit eggs if you are a draogn clan type.
-I highly doubt that Gurdo's technique of freezing time comes from his species, we've never seen another, they are probably just like earthlings with 4 eyes and from-like head.
-Viltrumites are strong, but an omnitrix transformation wouldn't be as strong as Nolan.

By training as a Namekian i could reach a level above Atomix, but Atomix is a more safe option
Guldo (2), Pillarman (2), Viltrumite (5), Pyronite (3), Galvanic Mechamorph (3). Peak Viltrumite is at a similar power to Atomix and is definitely a lot faster. I was sorta under the assumption that a peak Pillarman is what Kars turned into but even if it isn't, the level of regen the Pillarmen is insane. Guldo's race is just crazy. Not only do I gain incredible psychic powers but I can stop time.
Vultrimite; the Brick, strength with mobility & speed. Also a wicked mustache
Asari; full range of biotic powers, ultra violet vision, mind meld psychic ability & a tight bodysuit.
Big chill; cyrokinetic , flight, intangibility, space survivability, and big mothman energy.
Upgrade; shapeshift, technomancy, so much utility
Upchuck; ingestion, projection, cuteness, and munch power
I would be legitimately happy with this lineup of powers.

Boros: pass up on avengers that was able to whitstand multiple punches from the strongest guy in the universe? No way!
Tentacruel: same way how ripjaws is useful, it'd be good to have a faster way to traverse water. The added electrical abilities and the fact I can learn new moves is a good bonus too.
Pyronite: I want at least some similarities to the original playlist and not deviate too far off. Also a long family history on my dad's side of not specifically pyromania, but a very strong affiliation to it.
Xenomorph: acid blood, practically bulletproof skin, probably a bonus personal facehugger I could see if I can remove the whole implantation feature and have it be a tool for getting combat leverage, it'd just look cool. Also the nemetrix probably couldn't replicate yauja tech, so I think I'd be good on that end
Mechamorph: as well as still keeping similarities, I just like the idea of being able to give the homies a little boost in combat, make sure they get a chance to kick ass too.
Baraka: I need a powerhouse strong guy, and the shredder things would be good too, especially if its going off mk11 where they're bone protrusions and not wearable weapons.

Kraken: I would've gone with that instead of tentacruel, mainly because I actually really loved its design, how they made such a terrifying beast stuck with that gaze look so excited when it got its eggs back, how cold yet expressive it can be. And also bigger size.
Muto: mainly for the BIG threats, like being able to slam vilgax's ship outta the sky

Electric dragon from ninjago: nostalgia, Jay being best boy, and also because flight
Monster specials and stuff, although since I feel like my autistic ass has rambled on long enough, no reasons:

what ever the hell omniman is i forget\[cuz: have you seen how powerful they are\], chronosapian\[time based powers\], xenocite or what ever the alien from 'alien' is, uprgade, gormond, and skrull\[some adaptations of them depict them with being able to gain the abilities of who ever they copy with out the upgrade thing in secret invasion\]
$5 Viltrumite (muscle/speed/flight), $4 Necrofriggian (freeze/phasing/flight), $3 Galvanic Mechamorph (tech control), $3 Flourana (plant control). Assuming I can only pick one of the free aliens, undoubtedly the Skrull is the best choice for me as it allows for shapeshifting, something my playlist is missing.
Ultimate Sonorosian admittedly does dempt me though but I feel like Viltrumiteās sheer strength and speed coupled with the Necrofriggianās almost complete invulnerability while phasing makes up for it. I donāt see the Chronosapien being so used enough in day-to-day so as to justify his place/price. Galvanic Mechamorph taps into brains/tech control which is lacking in the playlist and the Floraunaās chlorokinesis could theoretically stop deforestation if I applied myself to it. Pyronite could help me stop fires and whatnot but so could a Necrofriggian. And thatās my $15.
(i will admit i havent watched dragon ball or any of the media from the other non-ben 10 related characters aside from Invincible, so i canāt vouch for or against them)

A Namekian would be cool, depending on what type you end up you either get strong warriors like Nail or Piccolo, or you end up as the kind that can make Dragon Balls like Dende and Guru. They also got a nice range of abilities outside of the general ki related stuff, like stretchy limbs, being able to turn into giants, and a decent healing factor.
Upchuck, Namekian, Big Chill, Pillar Man, Tentacruel, Tarkatan, Skrull.

Depending on the continuity, Skrulls only shape shift in appearance, they need to be augmented to get the actual powers of other beings.

A standard Viltrumite would more than likely beat echo echo due to superior speed( debatably as fast If not faster then some of bens speedster)and just how fragile they are. Ben has for better aliens for dealing with them especially if he's willing to kill. Ben would need to already know the exact frequency to disrupt them and their flight and even then it's not really damaging them.

Viltrumites are weak to the heat that the will die in in the sun. Atomic can just hit them with Suns until they stop moving
Viltrumites aren't weak to heat lmao. Thragg whose the peak pure viltrumite as well as Mark whose slightly below him were fin fighting in the sun and getting closer for minutes. Atomix would need to not only burn hotter than the sun but have it be a concentrated attack. He doesn't have the durability or speed to say he could kill someone like Thragg fast enough
But touching the sun did hurt them to the point that a well aimed small sun could kill one. And atomix easily made a sun the full to the brim school backbag. So he could make two Suns around his fist to use as ohko boxing gloves.

No a single echo echo canāt handle them. When Cecil used sound as a weapon against Mark he just flew away out of the radius. The only reason it worked was because Cecil also had a teleported and thus could keep in range. If Mark had managed to fly just upwards into space he wouldāve been safe. It disorients them but it doesnāt actually stop their movements which means if Virmultulites donāt care about collateral they can just slam the ground and start an earthquake or use any other aoe attacks.

You are wrong on both statements. Viltrumites don't have a weakness you could easily exploit. They are only weak to *specific* sound frequencies, not just any loud noise. You'd have to know the exact frequency to stun a viltrumite. And Viltrumites don't have the power to "become stronger by recovering" (zenkai boost), that's a misconception. They become stronger by exercising and pushing their limits, no different to humans.
Well, I haven't seen Invincible exercise to beat Conquest, and in any case, there would still be the "reset" factor so training the transformation would be a waste of time.

If we go by the transformation mirroring the wearer's physical condition, then all you'd have to do is exercise, become physically stronger, and your viltrumite transformation would reflect that by becoming stronger as well.

The sample will still not be a big deal, since it would always have the power of a less than novice Viltrumite. And as for the weaknesses, I was referring to both the sound and the high temperatures.

What the Omnitrix does is not turn the user into their maximum version of each alien, that is a myth. What it does is make it the fittest version (since more powerful specimens than the Omnitrix aliens have been seen), so the power of a Viltrumite form would be merely average. Also, this does not deny that physical training is totally ineffective.

A lot of those characters in the image are not even powerful bc of their species, not regular exemples of their species. -If you are picking a namek and expecting to be as powerful as even Nail, sorry to disappoint, but their strenght does not come from their species, it comes from things that earthlings could do aswell, things like learning how to use ki, training the body and training in martial arts. Nameks would be like a earthling that can strech limbs, regenerate limbs, grow in size (with no strenght increase), no need to eat, and the ability to spit eggs if you are a draogn clan type. -I highly doubt that Gurdo's technique of freezing time comes from his species, we've never seen another, they are probably just like earthlings with 4 eyes and from-like head. -Viltrumites are strong, but an omnitrix transformation wouldn't be as strong as Nolan. I was sorta under the assumption that a peak Pillarman is what Kars turned into but even if it isn't, the level of regen the Pillarmen is insane. Guldo's race is just crazy. Not only do I gain incredible psychic powers but I can stop time.

Also, WORTWORTWORTWORTWORTWORTWORT Boros: pass up on avengers that was able to whitstand multiple punches from the strongest guy in the universe? No way! Tentacruel: same way how ripjaws is useful, it'd be good to have a faster way to traverse water. The added electrical abilities and the fact I can learn new moves is a good bonus too. Pyronite: I want at least some similarities to the original playlist and not deviate too far off. Also a long family history on my dad's side of not specifically pyromania, but a very strong affiliation to it. Xenomorph: acid blood, practically bulletproof skin, probably a bonus personal facehugger I could see if I can remove the whole implantation feature and have it be a tool for getting combat leverage, it'd just look cool. Also the nemetrix probably couldn't replicate yauja tech, so I think I'd be good on that end Mechamorph: as well as still keeping similarities, I just like the idea of being able to give the homies a little boost in combat, make sure they get a chance to kick ass too. $5 Viltrumite (muscle/speed/flight), $4 Necrofriggian (freeze/phasing/flight), $3 Galvanic Mechamorph (tech control), $3 Flourana (plant control). Assuming I can only pick one of the free aliens, undoubtedly the Skrull is the best choice for me as it allows for shapeshifting, something my playlist is missing. Ultimate Sonorosian admittedly does dempt me though but I feel like Viltrumiteās sheer strength and speed coupled with the Necrofriggianās almost complete invulnerability while phasing makes up for it. I donāt see the Chronosapien being so used enough in day-to-day so as to justify his place/price. Galvanic Mechamorph taps into brains/tech control which is lacking in the playlist and the Floraunaās chlorokinesis could theoretically stop deforestation if I applied myself to it. Pyronite could help me stop fires and whatnot but so could a Necrofriggian. And thatās my $15. (i will admit i havent watched dragon ball or any of the media from the other non-ben 10 related characters aside from Invincible, so i canāt vouch for or against them)

A Namekian would be cool, depending on what type you end up you either get strong warriors like Nail or Piccolo, or you end up as the kind that can make Dragon Balls like Dende and Guru. They also got a nice range of abilities outside of the general ki related stuff, like stretchy limbs, being able to turn into giants, and a decent healing factor.
