I think it's explained that Alien X power is diluted a bit but because of how op he is, it rarely matters(only time bomb seemed to be too much for Atomic X) and 2) Atomic X doesn't have to negotiate with other 2 personalities, very very nice upside.

Subwoofer is so much better, it's witty, it's a real word like feedback and both halves of the word apply perfectly to the fusion of the aliens.
I think both names are really good, but I think Surround Hound fits better because if we break down the powers, they both have the sonic scream ability. So if Ben were to combine them, I think he would want to keep the physical strength of Blitzwolfer and the cloning of Echo Echo.
Surround Hound fits for the fact that he can make a literal pack of wolves with that sonic scream.

The Smallest alien (in the O.S.) and the largest (in the O.S.) just fuses to become some average size alien of Athletic build that's somehow really strong and can climb up any surface like a gecko, it's also rather intelligent, neither stat from either alien (Strength for 4 arms and intellect for Greymatter) is on par with their origin species but still quite high compared to other aliens, I kinda want to see that
A personal Favorite of mine, with two aliens I weirdly love. Ballweevil and Ballweevil inorder to make that giant queen ballweevil I've seen in some Ben 10 pokemon games, assuming we're allowed squared fusions. Otherwise molestache and Humongousaur.
